Abstract: Neither the Land Code of the Russian Federation, nor the Forest Code of the Russian Federation mention the agricultural use of forests, which are situated on the lands fit for agricultural purposes. In spite of the existing blanks, formation of the forest ranges on the agricultural lands is a very positive goal.
