Zabaikalov, A.P. Limitation of voting via mail in the Russian Federation.

Abstract: This article is devoted to limitations to voting via mail in the Russian legislation. He considers that these limitations are well-based and are in consistence with the world practice. However, the author offers to cancel some of them, for example, to establish the right for voting by post for some categories of electors at the federal elections and referenda.
