Abstract: This article is devoted to the status of the President of the Russian Federation as an ideological institution of the Russian Constitutionalism. The author establishes the definition of state ideological institution, as well as the ideological role of the President of the Russian Federation, taking his addresses to the Federal Assembly as an example.
