Abstract: The Constitution as a complete value model of statehood, which establishes the state power, may serve the symbol of legitimacy of state power. Phenomenon of Russian constitutionalism establishes the value model of Russian statehood as an ideological phenomenon. Legitimacy of state power is established through the correlation of activities of the state power and the ideology of Russian constitutionalism.
