Abstract: The article is devoted to the issues of definition and nature of the institution of protection of rights of military personnel. From the standpoint of protection human rights in the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, the author establishes the key features of this institution, studies the problem of limitations to military personnel rights, evaluates place and role of this institution within the system of Russian law.
