Nuriev, A.D. Problems of federalism in the pre-Revolution and Soviet science: issues of theory.

Abstract: This article is devoted to analysis of some theoretical and historical legal aspects of issues of federalism in Russia. The study includes pre-Revolution legal and political thought on federalism by both Russian and foreign scientists, as well as post-Revolution thoughts. The author analyzes genesis and development of federal relations at the Soviet time, and specific features of development of Russia within the Soviet Union.
