Abstract: Development and intensification of international cooperation lead to larger and larger number of agrements and contracts. One cannot exclude the situation, when the obligations of a state under one international convention do not quite fall within the framework of its obligations under other convention. All of this shows us the problem of correlation and interaction of norms of international conventions.This problem is especially topical in regard to the economical cooperation and economical integration of the states.
