Savinov, L.V. National issue in China: evolution of politics and law.

Abstract: This work includes analysis of political and legal solutions for the national issue at the People’s Republic of China. The author evaluates the historical stages of development of the Nation of China, as well as specific featuers of ethnic policy of the state at every one of these stages.
