Slesarenko, E.V. General characteristics of the leasing contract under the law of the Russian Federation and the US.

Abstract: In spite of the fact that the institution of leasing have been in existence in the Russian law and practice for 12 years, still it is a comparatively new institution of great importance for the Russian economy. For this very reason, it is quite interesting to review the experience of the USA, the state, which was the birthplace of leasing, and by now possesses the whole leasing industry, such an analysis is provided in this article.
