Minniakhmetov, R.G., Karimova, R.R. On the natural legal character of legal obligation.

Abstract: The Russian legal scholars lack the single point of view on the natural legal character of legal obligations. Usually they refer only to the voluntary realization, which does equal legal obligation as a whole. The goal of this article is to substantiate the paradigm of legal obligation of natural legal character and its application within the framework of positive law.
