Abstract: As the author of this article points out, due to the lack of definition of the organ of the legal person in the legislation of the Russian legislation, it is necessary to separate it from similar institutions, such as an employee of a legal person, participant of a legal person, member of the legal person, head of a legal person, hired bankruptcy manager, etc.
