Ryzhov, A.B. Managing the quality of legislation.

Abstract: As the author of this article notes, modern state of quality management in the sphere of legislation does not meet the expectations of the people. What are the rules for a quality legislative draft? This article includes analysis of recommendations on technical and legal qualities of legislative drafts, as provided by the Legal department of the State Duma of the Russian Federation. Author also pays attention to the issues of culture of legislative activity, provides an example of quality control in the sphere of legislation in Nizhegorodsky oblast.
