Vasenin, S.S. Land relations of the easement type in Russia before the Revolution.

Abstract: Did land relations of the easement type exist in Russia before the Revolution? The author studies legal institutions that existed before the Revolution and were close by their nature to the easement, reviews positions of such renowned scholars as K.P. Pobedonostsev, G.F. Sherschenevich, D.I. Mayer, comes to a conclusion that at the nature of these institutions was more of a public law than a private law type, which negatively influenced development of economic relations.
