Gusaeva, K.G. Liberty of conscience as a legal category.

Abstract: K.G. Gusaeva’s article is devoted to the topical issue of ensuring the freedom of conscience in a polyethnic and polyconfessional society while fighting extremism (using an example of the Republic Dagestan). Author finds that in the absence of federal legislation regulating a number of issues, concerning fighting extremism, the subjects of the Russian Federation have to impose necessary limitations by their own means.
