Introduction. One of the ways to improve the system of training professionals in the system of law enforcement agencies is to increase their level of competence. The changes taking place in all spheres of social life place increased demands on the actualization of trends in functioning and development, which affects the peculiarities of professional training of law enforcement officers [2, p. 338].

Relevance. It is connected with the need for a comprehensive study of the features of the formation of professional readiness of law enforcement officers. It is caused by the revealed contradictions:

  1. Drastic changes in economic, social, political and spiritual life have not been sufficiently reflected in the education system of law enforcement officers.
  2. The incomplete nature of the development of theoretical and methodological recommendations for providing professional and psychological training.
  3. The relationship between the potential of the professional readiness support system for employees of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia and the degree of elaboration of the problem in the context of educational activities.

The purpose of the study is to develop a theoretical justification and structure for the formation of professional readiness of personnel for daily official activities.

Research objectives:

  1. Conducting a theoretical analysis of fundamental and modern research on this issue.
  2. Identification of the main characteristics of the formation of the internal potential of employees of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia.
  3. Identification of the types and forms of organization of the educational process, which influences the formation of desire and readiness for work within the framework of the service in the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia.

Literature review. The professional qualities of employees of the internal affairs bodies of the Russian Federation are determined by proper communication with people. Official activity implies high-quality participation in the prevention, investigation and disclosure of crimes, which is determined by the skills of the personnel. Each employee must have communication skills with citizens, officials and management. Professional training of personnel involves mastering the techniques of psychological interaction, establishing trusting contact, deduction skills in solving crimes, educational skills when influencing law enforcement violators.An important quality of employees of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia is understanding and managing people's behavior, establishing interpersonal contact, the ability to anticipate possible actions on the part of another person or group of persons, and ensuring conflict prevention.Competence in the selection of actions in a specific situation, the ability to think rationally are the main requirements for graduates of educational institutions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation. To activate educational, cognitive and vocational educational activities, it is necessary to provide detailed training programs that will reveal important professional skills of future employees of the Department of Internal Affairs [1, 6].

Digitalization processes in teacher education are making changes in the process of training students in various fields. We believe that the introduction of pedagogical design and design can be defined as an absolutely new branch of knowledge of theory and practice, within which new requirements for educational conditions have been developed [5].

The formation of professional motivation conditions in the educational process also plays an important role. The motivation of work activity is based on the long-term impact on employees for positive changes according to certain criteria of the structure of values and interests, structuring, appropriate stimulating basis and development of labor potential. Motivation as a method of solving the problem of motivation is a guideline for the actual structure of values and interests of law enforcement officers for the full-fledged development of labor potential, which is already available [4, p. 26].

Own research. The most important effect of implementation is to achieve the desired results in any type of activity. Pedagogical design, as an innovative process, contributes to the analysis of the basic needs that students have, the development of the learning environment and tools in such a way that it is definitely possible to effectively achieve the desired goal.

 We have revealed that the vocational education system establishes the structure and types of training that are able to ensure the continuity of obtaining the necessary professional skills:

  • training of students in educational programs specially designed for employees of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia;
  • organization of special initial training;
  • organization of additional training in the process of admission and service;
  • organization of professional retraining courses, improvement of qualified skills [7].

Let's make a model of the parameters for the formation of the professional orientation of employees of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia based on the introduction of pedagogical design (Figure 1).

Conclusion. Thus, we found out that the training of professional employees of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia currently prioritizes the goal of guaranteed fulfillment of state requirements for professional development in the course of training.In our opinion, the introduction of pedagogical design technology into the training process of employees of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia will significantly improve the process of forming the qualities of their professional readiness.

We found out that the formation of the necessary qualities in professional activity occurs as follows:

  • the study of specialized disciplines, which allows you to simulate the official duties of employees of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia, as close as possible to real conditions;
  • the introduction of a practice-oriented approach that allows you to find promising ways to develop professional skills [3].
  • choosing the necessary reference point for a specific specialization;
  • the choice of means and methods of training, if possible;
  • professional development through additional courses;
  • formation of motives for self-improvement;
  • the formation of professional legal awareness, due to which readiness for service in various conditions is formed.

The object of research in the manuscript submitted for review is the process of training employees of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the subject is the formation of their professional readiness. The proposed text is a good informative material for the article, but not a complete article. The text needs to be expanded and refined according to the following parameters. From a structural point of view, an article on the humanities cannot have a volume of 6 thousand printed characters. Usually journal articles contain 20-40 thousand characters, i.e. 0.5-1 pp. In any case, it is obvious that a text study occupying a volume of 0.15 printed pages cannot be complete. A scientific article should highlight the theoretical and practical parts, either as separate blocks or in a semantic context. The conclusions should be presented in abstract form. It is desirable to present the components of the methodological apparatus in a textual and descriptive form, rather than a simple enumeration, in the latter case the text resembles the introduction of a term paper. It is recommended to supplement the list of references to at least ten sources. From a substantive point of view, the main parameters of the inconsistency of this manuscript with the format of a scientific article are the following. In the theoretical part, there is no review of the research of authors who have dealt with similar or related issues. There is no substantive analysis of the phenomena considered in the article. In general, only a structural analysis (scheme) is presented, however, scientific research requires both a review and a comparison of definitions and interpretations of the studied phenomena in order to identify new entities and clarify known ones. The lack of a meaningful analysis is expressed in the fact that the text does not disclose the pedagogical process at the level of specific actions of its participants, specific methods, forms, methods of work and specific pedagogical situations. The presentation of the material is in the nature of postulation, not reasoning, so we can say that there is no scientific analysis in the text, and the work is abstract in nature. The text does not contain a description of practical work in the format of a traditional experiment for pedagogical articles, or its elements, or any other description of activities at the level of meaningful specifics and original author's ideas, points of view, proposals, etc. in terms of improving the educational process. The conclusion cannot be referenced, because it must be copyrighted. The conclusion and conclusions contain not original author's judgments, but well-known axiomatic information. This, as well as the above aspects, completely deprive the work of such a key research indicator as novelty. As presented, the text has the character of a pedagogical report or an element of a methodological manual, but not a scientific article. The text requires significant expansion and refinement according to the above parameters.
