Abstract:
The higher education in Russia is constantly going towards the development of blended learning environment trying to respond to global standards. The main trends of today’s education encompass skills-based approach, student-centered learning mode and computerized knowledge acquisition which lead to a gradual shift from traditional teaching to self-study. The core objective of the article is to define the educator’s diverse roles in managing academic flexibility, designing hybrid curricula with online component, thus encouraging lifelong learning. The purpose of the article is to reveal the challenges and requirements set before educators who have to cater effectively for meeting all the needs of learners. The research is based on empirical studies conducted by contemporary scholars, comparative analyses of diverse modes of teaching and learning and practical implications of micro-blended learning strategies which trigger the alteration and expansion of teacher’s functions. The study outcomes imply that technological enhancements and inconsistencies in scholastic environment dictate the emergence and evolvement of diverse teaching styles which pursue the goal to increase the insufficient language practice through informal and guided self-study. The author assumes that the research findings can be helpfully applied in educational sphere for designing and introducing e-learning schemes where educators act quite proficiently and knowingly in any teaching role.

Integration of Students' and Teachers' Interests in Terms of Corporate Acts at Modern Universities
// Pedagogy and education.

Abstract:
The subject of the research is the processes of social and academic integration of students and teachers in terms of a University corporate code. At Universities students and teachers constantly have to correspond their personal interests with corporate standards and social interests. Not all students or even teachers demonstrate a positive adjustment to corporate standards and rules. Quite often there is a mismatch between students' and teachers' personal interests and their University's corporate standards. This fact affects their self-realisation, ethical and moral attitudes and professional development. The fact that some personal interests are not institutionalized gives us a wrong feeling that a person completely adjusts to corporate values and ethics described in basic corporate acts of an organisation as a result of their long teaching or working there. The main research method used by the authors is a survey that involved students and teachers. All in all, 210 students and 62 teachers participated in the survey. According to the authors, correspondence of students' and teachers' personal interests to the provisions of the corporate code may express the dynamics and orientation of the process of integrating such interests in the University environment. Students' and teachers' interests can actually agree with University values, so overcoming the gap between personal interests and social interests should be one of the ways to realise the process of interests' integration.

// Pedagogy and education.

Abstract:
The basic concept of the research is the education theory – the problem-oriented program, which is a form of realization of cognitive interests of both an individual student-researcher and a team. This problem of cognitive interest is considered not through the prism of assimilated knowledge and activities but as the formation of a person in his/her spiritual and social prospects. This view results in expanding the scope of the concept of the problem-oriented program, which can be described as “teaching self-formation”. The purpose of the article is to reveal the existential and social status of the problem-cognitive program and the basics of its methodology with reference to the modern model of research education. In the development of the subject of the article, methods of socio-philosophical analysis have been used as well as methods of structure functional and cognitive analysis of pedagogical activity and academic and cognitive practices. The methodology of the study relies on 25 years of experience of the Russian scientific and social programme “The Step into the Future” educating young researchers – schoolchildren and students, this programme currently including more than 150 thousand participants. The connection between the problem of “teaching self-formation” and the essence of education is examined. The meaning of the concept of “a problem-cognitive program” asa special form of the socio-cognitive form of students’ development through research methods of cognitionis disclosed. Methodological principles of its development are formulated; the components of its cognitive potential are defined; examples from pedagogical practice are provided. It is shown that the research methods of cognition provide both the student and the teacher with an effective tool for practical application of the subject knowledge, for associating them with specific professional areas and professions, for receiving cognitive results possessing real life value.

Abstract:
The article studies the problem of truth from the point of view of the ontological approach
to belief. The author views the connection between the ‘belief’ and the ‘truth’ symbolically
represented as a student and a teacher. It is proved that showing itself through a cultural attitude
towards a teacher, belief helps to make a person ‘true’. The article will be of interest not only for
philosophers, teachers and psychologists, but also for all who are interested in the problems of
achievement of personhood.
