Abstract:
Climate has a significant impact on agricultural production. The development of climate legislation is currently relevant for both national and international legislation. The period after the accession of the Russian Federation to the Paris Agreement was marked by the adoption of a large number of regulatory legal acts in the field of climate protection, including the reduction of greenhouse gas emissions. However, this institute began its development long before this event – with scientific research and public interest, and went from international recognition of the global goal and consolidation of the principles of climate protection to the implementation of individual norms into national legislation, first, and then in the form of the formation of a system of legal regulation. This article is devoted to understanding from a legal point of view the process of legal institutionalization of public relations in the field of climate protection and, including the reduction of greenhouse gas emissions. Since our country's accession to the Paris Agreement, there has been a process of active formation of legal norms in the field of climate protection and reduction of greenhouse gas emissions, both at the level of federal laws and subordinate regulatory legal acts, as well as through the adjustment of legal norms of related legislation. That is, public relations are consolidated through the norms of law, public legal and private-law ways of influencing participants in legal relations developing in the field of climate protection and reduction of greenhouse gas emissions in Russia.

Abstract:
The object of the study is green amaranth (Amaránthus retrofléxus L.) - a North American species, an invasive species for Russia, an annual weed. The aim of this work is to study the ontogeny and ontogenetic structure of the coenopopulations of the upturned squid. The research was carried out in 2014 in the vicinity of the village of Sizner, Mari-Turek region of the Republic of Mari El, in potato and beet fields. Within each field, 10-15 counting plots of 1 m2 in size were laid, where weekly observations of the development of beetle plants were carried out. To assess the density and ontogenetic structure of populations, we analyzed the R × C contingency tables using Fisher's exact test and the χ2 test (Glotov, 1984). The main conclusions of the conducted research include the following. For the first time, five ontogenetic states of the thrown-back beetle were identified (from seedlings to generative ones). The plant density of the squid in both fields does not differ and averages 6.9 ind./m2. The change in the ontogenetic structure of the coenopopulations of the upturned beetle in the studied fields occurs in different ways. The analysis showed that in the beet field, the plants undergo ontogenesis faster. In mid-July, on the beet field, all the ontogenetic states of the squid are presented, on the potato field, only virginal and generative plants.

Abstract:
The Russian Federation has a huge potential for the development of agricultural production. Sustainable agricultural development is the basis for ensuring the country's food security. The 2030 Rural Territories Sustainable Development Strategy of the Russian Federation emphasizes the necessity to develop environmentally determined agriculture strengtheninig the sustainability of ecosystems and sustaining life and activities of rural dwellers. The subject of the article is the importance of bioenergy as one of the promising areas of generating electricity from renewable sources for the sustainable development of agriculture, as well as its role in reducing the negative impact on the environment of agricultural production. Bioenergy as one of the high-tech components of the green economy allows us to ensure the return of organic agricultural waste to the production cycle. Thus, the development of bioenergy can make a significant contribution to solving the problem of agricultural waste disposal and at the same time provide rural regions with heat and energy, which is especially important for remote regions of the country with poorly developed infrastructure. At the same time, the need to attract initial investment is one of the main problems that prevent the widespread introduction of bioenergy facilities in our country. In the last decade, a number of positive developments have taken place in the field of legal regulation of renewable energy in the Russian Federation. Only through the development of legal regulation, taking into account the current Russian and foreign experience, can we create a truly effective renewable energy industry in the country – bioenergy, which will simultaneously solve the problems of environmental protection in agriculture.

DOI: 10.7256/2453-8809.2019.4.33023 URL: https://en.nbpublish.com/library_read_article.php?id=33023
Abstract:
The research object is a green roof. The author reviews the modern tendencies and approaches to using accessible roofs which are developing concomitantly. The first approach focuses on studying the constructive peculiarities, organizational innovations, the existing systems, schemes and ways of arranging an accessible roof, as well as the problems caused by incorrect projecting and errors of construction. The second approach considers green roofs in terms of their possible good influence on the ecological situation in cities and notes their advantages both for people and the environment. This approach prioritizes not over technical arrangement but planting - the intensive one (the creation of landscaped recreational objects which involves significant financial expenses), or the extensive one (green planting). The research methods include the analysis of scientific works, generalization of data on green roofs, its analysis, detection of common tendencies, strengths and weaknesses. The author formulates the following conclusions: Nowadays, there are two types of accessible roofs usage: the traditional one and the inversive one; They differ in the order of layering: in the traditional organization of a green roof the heat-insulating layer is mounted under the water-insulating one, while in the inversive one - above; An inversive roof has several advantages including lifetime extension and the reduction of costs associated with its creation and maintenance; The problem of water collection organization can be solved by means of an external or internal downpipe, or a water collector with separate flowcups; Green roofs help mitigate unfavourable ecological situation in cities. The article describes the concept of a rooftop cafe developed within the project on the discipline “Ecological projecting in an urbanized environment” and the principles of landscaping elements selection.

DOI: 10.7256/2453-8809.2018.1.27966 URL: https://en.nbpublish.com/library_read_article.php?id=27966
Abstract:
This research article is devoted to the phenomenon of agroecological consciousness and its major principles. In the course of the analysis of this problem the methodology developed by organic philosophy is applied. Ethical, esthetic and production applied components of agroecological consciousness and also laws of logic of the organic world and the creative (creative and altruistic) nature of thinking are considered. The integrated approach in formation of complete agroecological consciousness creating conditions for deeper representation of results of interaction with a concrete natural landscape in the course of agricultural activity is investigated. In this regard scientific and educational experience of the Nizhny Novgorod State Agricultural Academy proves to be important. To analyze the agroecological consciousness as a necessary condition for agricultural safety and educative tasks of an agricultural university, the author has applied the methodology of organic philosophy and the most important principles of coevolution. Thus, the aim of the research is to analyze the most important principles of agroecological consciousness described by organic philosophy and whether it is possible to apply these principles to particular agricultural rural activities and business. The scientific novelty of the research is caused by the fact that the author analyzes agroecological consciousness from the point of view of organic philosophy based on the example of research and educative activities of the Nizhni Novgorod State Agricultural Academy. The paradigm of the organic philsophy implies, firstly, in-depth analysis of agroecological problems taking into account biological, geographical, cultural and historical conditions of a particular region; secondly, environmental education of the modern youth, and thirdly, application of the research potential of an agricultural university to organisation of small and medium rural business.

Abstract:
In her article Koptelova analyzes the problem of harmonization of relationship between society and nature. She describes possibilities for formation of new ecological consciousness by means of agroecology which is considered to be a priority activity of agricultural university in in terms of development of higher agricultural education (based on the example of Nizhny Novgorod State Agricultural Academy). The researcher focuses on the organic paradigm of development of higher agricultural education in Russia assuming ethnic models of the organization of agricultural industry, replacement of transnational abstractions of a mechanistic thinking style with the logic organic representing domestic intellectual tradition and special methodology. The most important aspects of agroecological activity both in the fields of the theory and practice are presented. The author also demonstrates prospects of agroecology for solution of industrial and ecological safety of our country. When analyzing agroecology as a priority activity of an agricultural university within the framework of development of higher agricultural education, the author has used both general research methods (typological and comparative analysis, synthesis and the method of historical and philosophical reconstruction) and underlying principles of coevolution. The scientific novelty of the research is caused by the fact that the author views agroecology of the 21st century from the point of view of the organic paradigm of developing higher agricultural education. The organic paradigm of developinment of agricultural education implies the following: 1) in-depth analysis of agroecological problems focusing on territories (ethnic traditions of agriculture organisation, natural and technogenic particularities of changes in the geographical landscape); 2) teaching new ecological type of thinking to modern youth; 3) preservation of research and human capacities of an agricultural education in Russia.
