Peculiarities social well-being and professional identity features of students from various professional training paths

Abstract:
The article is devoted to the actual problem of the peculiarities of social well-being and professional identity among students of different areas of professional training. The article presents the results of a theoretical and empirical study of the characteristics of social well-being and professional identity among students of different areas of professional training. The study of social well-being and professional identity is of scientific importance in connection with recent events in the country. The authors analyzed the characteristics, features and trends of social well-being and professional identity, conducted a comparative analysis of social well-being and professional identity among students of linguistics and students of architecture, identified the relationship of social well-being in relation to the statuses of professional identity. The purpose of the study: to identify the features of social well-being and professional identity among students of different areas of professional training. The author used the following research methods: theoretical, empirical (questionnaire, survey), methods of mathematical processing of psychological data: Mann-Whitney U-test, correlation analysis - Spearman coefficient. Computer data processing was carried out using the software packages "Microsoft Officeexcel", "IBM SPSS Statistics 23". Using techniques such as the questionnaire "Methodology for studying professional identity statuses" developed by A.A. Azbel and the questionnaire "Integral Index of social well-being" (IISS-44) developed by E.I. Golovakha, we have identified specific trends in this study. The novelty of the study lies in the fact that for the first time the level of social well-being and professional identity statuses of students of different areas of professional training are considered.

Abstract:
Researching the emotional sphere of a person is one of the fundamental tasks in modern science, involving a wide range of methods and approaches. Analyzing the emotional sphere of blind and visually impaired individuals presents a particular complexity due to the limitations and peculiarities of their sensory perception of the surrounding reality. This article covers the development of the conceptual foundations for researching the emotional sphere of people with visual impairments in the context of the work of Russian scientists. The first scientific discussions in Russia about the need for specialized analysis of the psychological aspects of blindness were expressed in the editorial article of the journal "Russian Blind" in the 1880s. While the development of foreign tiflopsychology as an independent science, related to the organization of education for children with visual impairments in special schools, began in Paris at the end of the 18th century. In the process of forming this area of knowledge, Russian researchers face the lack of methodological foundations for systematic research of the emotional sphere of visually impaired individuals. As a result, scientists propose various approaches to analyzing the emotional sphere of the blind. Some scientists try to use a metaphysical-based approach to study the emotional processes of the blind, while others suggest studying this area within the framework of a materialistic approach. As a result of such contradictions, two directions for studying the emotional sphere emerged - a mechanistic approach based predominantly on biological factors and the theory of supercompensation, explaining changes in the emotional sphere of the blind based on their social experience.

Abstract:
The article considers the main psychological aspects of managerial control and their influence on the motivational-semantic relations of a person in professional activity. The relevance of the research lies in the study of the structure of managerial control from a psychological point of view, which allows to identify problematic psychological aspects of managerial control that affect the motivational and semantic relations of employees. The purpose of the study is to assess the impact of various types of managerial control on the motivational and semantic relations of employees. The methodological basis of the study is the research of domestic and foreign scientists, revealing the understanding of various types of managerial control and their impact on the motivational and semantic relations of the individual. The main conclusion of the study is that managerial control has an impact on the motivational-semantic relations of the individual in professional activity. The scientific novelty of the work lies in the study of the psychological aspects of managerial control and their impact on the motivational-semantic relations of the individual to create a favorable working atmosphere that provides maximum motivation and performance of the individual in the organization. The practical significance of the study lies in the fact that the results of the study can be useful to the heads of organizations for a better understanding of the importance of choosing and applying certain types of management control. In order to increase the efficiency of professional activities, the heads of organizations were given recommendations on improving management control in the organization.

Abstract:
The subject of the study is the features of the process of psychodiagnostics of candidates for the position of sales manager. The object of the study is the process of psychodiagnostics of candidates for the position of sales manager. The author examines in detail such aspects of the topic as the correct selection of psychodiagnostic tools for the purpose of assessing a potential candidate, the difficulties in conducting psychodiagnostics of a potential sales manager, and provides instructions for identifying diagnostic needs and selecting the correct psychodiagnostic tools. This article used methods of analysis, synthesis and classification. The author of this article conducted a comprehensive diagnosis of job subjects using various psychodiagnostic techniques. The main conclusions of the research are: a list of difficulties was compiled when conducting psychodiagnostics of an applicant for the position of sales manager; Step-by-step instructions are provided on how to correctly classify the main qualities and properties of a sales manager, taking into account the specifics of the company’s work, a request from the owner or manager of the company, and taking into account the knowledge and skills of a psychologist who deals with psychodiagnostics in this company. The author’s special contribution to the study of the topic is the systematization of the most sought-after qualities and properties of a sales manager and the proposal of psychodiagnostic and other practical tools for diagnostics. This article expands the knowledge base on the use of various diagnostic tools for a comprehensive diagnosis of sales managers and projective techniques for the purpose of diagnosing employees, and helps to identify the personal characteristics of employees in the private and public sector.

Abstract:
The study focuses on subjective occupational well-being as its object of research. The subject of the study is to assess the impact of autonomous and controlled forms of professional motivation on the characteristics of subjective occupational well-being of industrial workers. The role of autonomous and controlled types of professional motivation concerning subjective occupational well-being is viewed within D. Leontiev's understanding of the «resource» category. The study sample consisted of 77 employees of two industrial enterprises in Barnaul, 48 of whom were directly involved in the production of material products, and 29 were engaged only in mental labor. Professional motivation was assessed in line with the Self-Determination Theory by E. Desi and R. Ryan, the concept of passion by R. Valleranda and K. Zamfira's approach. Subjective occupational well-being was investigated within the framework of the approach of E. Ruth and L. Augustova in addition to the optimal experience model of D. Leontiev. Established regression models demonstrated the positive contribution of autonomous motivational regulation to subjective professional well-being and, simultaneously, the negative impact of controlled motivation. The position on the importance of meeting basic psychological needs for autonomy, competence and relatedness for the formation of autonomous motivation, put forward in the Self-Determination Theory, is confirmed in our study. The practical significance of the research is based on the described methods of organizing a professional environment that contribute to the satisfaction of every psychological need. The theoretical significance lies in the proposition to consider experiences as «primary steps» in shaping subjective occupational well-being. It also makes up for the lack of data on the role of professional motivation in achieving subjective occupational well-being obtained in the Russian sample, considering the domestic understanding of the criteria of subjective occupational well-being.

Abstract:
The subject of the study is the formation of components of professional formation (professional identity, motives of professional choice, ability to build time prospects) of college students at the stage of their pre-professional development. In the course of theoretical analysis it was determined that professional formation is a long, discrete segment of life, which is characterised by phases with alternating turning points at the milestone stages. The stage of pre-professional development includes two stages: the stage of preparation for professional choice and the stage of professional training. Among the most important indicators of successful process of professional development at the stage of pre-professional development are the formation of motivational sphere, awareness of professional choice, ability to plan and build time prospects. As a result of the study, it was revealed that in the group of students under study, the predominant identity is uncertain identity, indicating the unconsciousness of professional choice. Students build their professional future not considering their own interests and needs, but in order to avoid criticism and admonition of others. Students with a pronounced imposed identity easily relate to the events of the present and put hope in their future and the opportunities they define for themselves in it, but the prevailing motivation for planning their future in them is also external negative motivation. Students at the stage of "crisis of choice" evaluate the events that happened to them in the past as a positive experience, they perceive the events of the present objectively, thoughts and actions are aimed at building their professional future. The data obtained in the course of the study indicate the need to develop a system of psychological support of students' professional development, aimed at the formation of their active, subjective position in mastering the chosen profession.

Abstract:
The subject of the study is the conceptualization of the phenomenon of career surfing and precarization of labor as a prerequisite for its manifestation. The object of the study is the phenomena of precarious employment and career surfing. The authors consider in detail such aspects of the topic as the role of career surfing in the perspective of the concept of fluid modernity; multidimensional manifestations of career surfing, as a result of which generalization the types of precarization are highlighted (change of job, type of work, sphere of work, directions of professional or career development; search and evaluation of vacancies or employers, areas of professional training and/or educational institutions; transnational career surfing); the ambivalent nature of career surfing, including both positive and negative manifestations; the interrelationships and qualitative differences of career surfing with the phenomena of social surfing and labor mobility. To achieve the goal, conceptual and theoretical analysis, subject-categorical analysis, systematization, generalization of scientific research results and social practice data were used. The design included solving the following tasks: identification of essential features and varieties of career surfing manifestations; differentiation of career surfing with a number of similar concepts characterizing the instability of career development; systematization of the causes and problems of studying career surfing. The main conclusions of the study are: 1) Career surfing is a multifaceted phenomenon that consists in changing the trajectory of professional career development. The types of career surfing include changing and/or searching for: a job, position, type of work, profession, specialty, sphere or direction of professional or career development. Thus, precarization of labor illustrates the manifestation of career surfing; 2) In methodological terms, career surfing is a social and psychological construct that has deep connections with the constructs of social surfing, mobility, fluid modernity, etc.; 3) The reasons for the expansion and development of career surfing are diverse and include: transformation of workplaces and types of work (including digitalization), the development of flexible forms of employment, the expansion of geographical and social migrations, etc.; 4) Career surfing is ambivalent in its social role and includes both constructive consequences (for example, coping with situations of career and social uncertainty) and destructive ones. The novelty of the research lies in the author's generalization of the results of the theoretical and methodological analysis of the studied phenomena and the justification of the definition of career surfing.

Professional stress of police officers: an associative experiment

Abstract:
The object of the study is professional stress in the activities of Russian police officers. The subject of the study is the clarification of the concept of "professional stress" in the minds of police officers through an associative experiment. The purpose of the study: a comparative analysis of the severity of the categories of analysis of the concept of "professional stress" of Russian police officers of different generations. Research methods and empirical sampling - an expert method; an associative experiment conducted on a sample of 140 Russian police officers (70 people are 3-4-year cadets and 5th-year students of an educational organization of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia and 70 people are active police officers with more than 5 years of experience in the internal affairs bodies). Main conclusions: As a result of a free associative experiment on the phrase-stimulus "Professional stress", 541 associations were obtained. As a result of the expert method (expert design), 7 categories of analysis were identified that form the structure of the semantic field of the concept under study. The students revealed the predominance of the cognitive aspect (identification of the causes and consequences of occupational stress), and the older police officers revealed a focus mainly on the psychophysiological aspect (states and experiences) of occupational stress. At the same time, the older generation, unlike the youth, has a wider range of ways to manage professional stress and shows the existential aspect of professional stress (loss of meaning, awareness of the impossibility of change and unrealization). In the semantic field of the concept of "professional stress", non-organizational aspects have been identified that are not directly related to work, but affect the increase in professional stress and reduce labor efficiency.

Abstract:
The article analyzes the development of professional identity among police officers with different locus of control. The object of the study: employees of the internal affairs bodies. Subject of research: the influence of locus control on the development of professional identity of employees of internal affairs bodies. The relevance of the study is to determine the influence of locus of control on the development of professional identity in law enforcement officers. Professional development is a key problem in the psychological support of the personnel of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia. The authors have revealed that the locus of control is of great importance in the life of employees of internal affairs bodies, as it is associated with the development of professional identity. Using a complex of psychodiagnostic techniques: "Personal and social identity" (A.A. Urbanovich), personal questionnaire "Who am I" (M. Kuhn, K. McPartland), personal questionnaire "Formal and meaningful identity" (E.V. Raspopin, E.A. Rybyakova), test "The level of subjective control" (J. Rotter, modification by E.F. Bazhin, E.A. Golynkina, L.M. Etkind) substantiates the existence of a relationship between the locus of control and professional identity in law enforcement officers. It is proved that the most effective is the average level of internality of the locus of control, which contributes to the professional identity of a law enforcement officer. The necessity of forming a professional identity taking into account the locus of control among employees of internal affairs bodies is discussed.

Abstract:
The subject of the research is emotional burnout as an element of professional deformation among specialists working in correctional institutions. The empirical object of the study was specialists from correctional institutions with a work experience of 14 years or more, since they are more prone to emotional burnout. The comparison group was represented by teachers who do not work in correctional institutions. The total sample of the study is 104 people. The authors of the study make a general conclusion that the burnout syndrome should be considered as an element of professional deformation. The syndrome of emotional burnout is its element, since distortions of the personality and the psyche as a whole can be caused by prolonged exposure to stressful factors. These factors are associated with a general increased emotional background, harmful influences that provoke emotional reactions. All this exhausts the psyche and contributes to the development of professional deformation. The obtained statistical results made it possible to describe the features of the manifestation of emotional burnout as an element of professional deformation at the affective-cognitive, physiological and behavioral levels. A detailed description allows more detailed and precise formation of programs for prevention and psychological support for specialists in correctional institutions.

Abstract:
The subject of the research is the ways of interaction and the constructiveness of the behavior of company employees in problem situations. The purpose of the study: to study reactions to failure and ways out of conflict situations and to identify the relationship between the method of resolving conflict situations and obstacles in establishing contacts in a team. Research methodology: the methods of theoretical analysis (comparison, generalization, systematization, etc.) were used in the work; methods of psychological diagnostics; methods of statistical data processing. Results of the study: the article conducts a study on what type of reactions to failure and the way of resolving conflict situations is typical for employees of the personnel department and employees of the psychological support department working in the same company. Reactions to failure and ways out of situations that impede the activity or satisfaction of the needs of the individual are studied using the projective technique Rosenzweig Picture-Frustration Study, (PF Study), and diagnostics of "hindrances" in establishing emotional contacts are carried out using the technique of V.V. Boyko. With the help of correlation analysis, it is concluded whether there is a relationship between the method of resolving conflict situations and interference in establishing contacts in the team. The research hypothesis assumes that the majority of employees are dominated by impulsive reactions; there is no blaming others or oneself. Scope of the results: the results of the study help to draw a conclusion about the existing problems in the relationship of employees in the team and make timely management decisions within the company. Hypothesis is confirmed, and with the help of correlations, results are revealed that will help solve existing problems in the team, eliminate interference in interpersonal communication and form a favorable socio-psychological climate.

Abstract:
It is extremely important to form and develop conflict competence in labor collectives, because frequent workforce conflict situations and situations of tension between employees can affect the efficiency and productivity of people's work. The problem of conflicts in labor collectives is quite common and requires the development of certain methods of conflict resolution, however, a person can prevent a conflict himself if he has the appropriate competencies, shows his own creative powers, humor, becomes more observant, resourceful. The purpose of this work is to test the developed psychological program for conflict management in the workforce. The object of the study is conflicts in the labor collective. The subject of the study is conflict management in the workforce. After testing the conflict management program in the experimental group, the number of respondents choosing the "confrontation" style of behavior in conflict decreased, the number of respondents using "compromise" increased slightly. The remaining scales: "evasion", "adaptation", "cooperation" remained unchanged. According to the "self-control" scale, as a result of comparing the data before and after the study, there are no significant differences in the indicators of the experimental group. In the control group, according to the results of two methods, there are no significant changes in any of the diagnosed parameters. Thus, the psychological program developed and tested by us on conflict management in the workforce partially influenced the change in the style of behavior of employees who chose a confrontational style of behavior in conflict to a compromise, and also allowed to increase the level of self-regulation in some employees.

Abstract:
Any teacher, when faced with various problematic and stressful situations in his professional activity, should be able to solve them promptly and effectively. To do this, first of all, he must have a low level of anxiety, since increased anxiety negatively affects the ability to rationally solve problematic situations. We organized and conducted a study on the basis of Secondary School No. 12. Krasnoyarsk. 37 teachers of the school took part in it. The purpose of the study was to study the relationship between anxiety and the social status of a secondary school teacher. We hypothesized that secondary school teachers with different social status in the group are characterized by differences in anxiety indicators, both in severity and in the ratio of its individual components.1. Teachers with pronounced anxiety can occupy any status position, i.e. they can have any number of choices, both positive and negative. The social status is not affected by the level of anxiety among teachers 2. There is a relationship between anxiety and the factors that cause it, namely: between anxiety and frustration, between anxiety and self-expression, between anxiety and fear of colleagues. Thus, the main hypothesis put forward by us that secondary school teachers with different social status in the group are characterized by differences in anxiety indicators, both in severity and in the ratio of its individual components, has not been confirmed. This means that modern teachers do not worry about their position, status, authority in the group.

The success of social reform largely depends on the level of professionalism of a modern social worker, the degree of manifestation of his abilities, capabilities and the optimal choice of ways and means of implementing his professional activity, which will more closely correspond to his individual characteristics. Object of research: professional activity of social workers Subject of research: individual and personal characteristics of a social worker as a factor in the formation of the style of professional activity The purpose of the study: to study the relationship of individual and personal characteristics and the style of professional activity of social workers. Research methods: 1. Ketell's 16-factor questionnaire, 2. Questionnaire of activity styles "SD 36" by A.D. Ishkovai N.G. Miloradova (adaptation of the questionnaire"LearningStylesQuestionnaire" by P. Honey and A. Mumford). 3. Research of individual style of professional activity (adapted for social workers) - A.I. Markova Thus, when studying the relationship between personal characteristics and the characteristics of the style of professional development of social workers, we determined that there is a relationship between personal attitudes and the features of the implementation of professional activities. It is also revealed that the qualification level has a significant impact on the nature of the relationship between personal characteristics and features of professional development. Thus, among social workers with the highest qualification category, with significant professional experience, there is a decrease in the intensity of the relationship between personal attitudes and features of professional development, which is due to personal characteristics: they have more pronounced indicators of dominance, high normativity of behavior, they are more independent in comparison with employees of the first category and are confident, conscientious, and responsible for their actions, are able to insist on their own, and strive to comply with established norms and rules

Abstract:
The object of the study is professional stress, which is understood as a particular variant of the general adaptation syndrome, which is a functional state associated with the performance of professional activity, expressed in mental and physical reactions to stressful work situations that arise under the influence of emotionally negative and extreme factors. The subject of the study is the categories of professional stress analysis of Russian police officers. The purpose of the study is a comparative analysis of the experience of foreign and domestic studies of professional stress in law enforcement; identification of categories of analysis of professional stress on a sample of Russian police officers. In the empirical part, a content analysis of respondents' responses to a subjective description of professional stress situations is carried out. The main conclusions of the study are: 1. The topic of professional stress in the activities of law enforcement agencies has received quite a lot of attention in both foreign and domestic studies, but they are of a private detailed nature, comprehensive studies, there is no integration of results. 2. The efforts of foreign researchers are aimed at developing trainings and training programs for coping with stress and rehabilitation of both active and retired officers. Domestic researchers propose to introduce stress resistance trainings already in the process of training cadets and undergoing initial police training, which is quite appropriate. For current employees, domestic researchers suggest using general psychological tools for psychocorrection of stress, but it should be adapted to the specifics of the professional activities of police officers. 3. The conducted content analysis of Russian police officers' perceptions of professional situations that cause stress revealed 8 key units of analysis: competencies; work parameters; social interaction; working conditions and organization; threat to personal safety; imbalance; dissatisfaction; personal fears and worries. The high role of personal subjective perception of professional stress situations is illustrated. 4. Promising directions for further research of the topic are highlighted

Abstract:
The article examines the problem of the relationship between self-esteem and the nature of relationships in the service team of employees of internal affairs bodies. The article contains not only theoretical, but also empirical analysis on this problem. The theoretical significance of the work is to highlight the features of self-assessment that affect the nature of relationships in the service staff of law enforcement officers. The experimental part of the study is aimed at verifying the findings. To do this, the following methods were used: the method of studying T.V. Dembo's self-esteem in the adaptation of S.Ya. Rubinstein, the method of "Personal differential", the questionnaire of self-attitude, the method of express diagnosis of SEC, sociometry. A comparative analysis of satisfaction with the state of the climate in the service team and sociometric statuses between law enforcement officers with different levels of self-esteem was carried out. The results of the study revealed the existence of a relationship between self-esteem and the nature of interpersonal relationships in the service staff of police officers. It was revealed that the level of socio-psychological climate is higher in those service groups in which subjects with an adequate level of self-esteem predominate.The data obtained can be used by the heads of educational organizations of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia, territorial bodies, as well as psychologists who carry out their activities in the system of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia.

Abstract:
The article reveals the actual problem of psychological formation of reliability as a professionally important quality of students - beginning specialists of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia. The authors reveal the content of the concepts of "responsibility" and "professional reliability" as necessary components of the professionally important qualities of an employee of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia. Studies on the problem of reliability and responsibility of law enforcement officers in the works of domestic and foreign scientists are considered in detail. The close connection between the success of the future specialist and his responsibility is revealed. It is noted that a qualitative solution to the problem of psychological support in the formation of responsibility allows for effective personnel management, to carry out the necessary assessment and training activities. The purpose of the study is to evaluate the effectiveness of psychological training, which is part of the psychological support program in the formation of responsibility in the structure of professional reliability of the future specialist of the Ministry of Emergency Situations. The hypothesis of the study is to verify the statement that training, as part of psychological support, can be an effective tool in the formation of professionally important qualities of a novice specialist. The empirical study was attended by 25 senior students of the Institute of Management and Integrated Security of the Academy of GPS of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia. During this study, the methodology "Multidimensional-functional diagnostics of "responsibility" (OTV–70, author V.P. Pryadein) was used, as well as psychological training aimed at the formation of professionally important and personal qualities of a novice specialist.

Abstract:
The object of the study is verbal aggression, which is understood as a type of aggressive speech behavior, considered as an unecological way to relieve excessive psycho-emotional stress of a person swearing in a situation of stress or conflict while defending his point of view or position. The subject of the study is the personal qualities that form aggressive behavior, including verbal aggression in the professional activities of police officers. The purpose of the study is to identify the level of verbal aggression depending on gender, age, level of professional education of police officers, as well as to identify personal qualities that are most correlated with verbal aggression and influence the constructiveness index when choosing strategies to overcome stressful situations in professional activity. The scientific novelty lies in the differentiation of the goals of various types of aggressive speech behavior; consideration of verbal aggression in the professional activities of police officers both orally when communicating with a different contingent of citizens, and variations of verbal aggression in writing in Internet communications. As a result of the study, the goals of various types of verbal aggressive behavior were differentiated, including taking into account Internet communications; the highest level of verbal aggression was revealed in male police officers receiving their first higher legal education, belonging to the age category of 26-40 years; verbal aggression is more correlated with positive aggressiveness, irritability; the presence of verbal aggression reduces the index of constructiveness in resolving conflict situations.

Abstract:
The article shows that among the factors of the effectiveness of pedagogical work, the personal characteristics of the teacher are important. This is due to the fact that personal qualities, such as sociability, organization, emotionality, perseverance, discipline and others, encourage the teacher to work on himself, to self-improvement. In addition, the effectiveness of the educational process depends on personal characteristics, whether the teacher will be able to find an approach to students, build trusting relationships, motivate them to acquire knowledge, create a favorable psychological climate in the classroom. A study was conducted to study the influence of characterological features on the effectiveness of the professional activity of teachers of correctional schools. In the course of diagnostics of personal qualities of teachers and comparison with the level of efficiency of professional activity, the presence of the character traits declared by us, such as organization, emotional stability, attachment and extroversion in teachers with medium and high levels of efficiency and the absence or weak expression of these character traits of teachers with a low level of efficiency of activity, was revealed. A complete analysis of the previously identified groups of effectiveness of professional activity of teachers shows that the declared qualities of character are particularly pronounced in representatives with a high level of efficiency of professional activity in 100%, and are also traced in more than half of the teachers from the group with an average level of efficiency of professional activity of 85%. In connection with the data obtained, we can talk about the influence of such character traits as: extroversion (sociability), organization, attachment, emotional stability on the effectiveness of professional activity.

Abstract:
The subject of this research is the aggressive symptom complex of police officers, which implies a totality of indicators that characterize psycho-emotional state of a person (state of aggression), key characterological traits of personality (aggressiveness as an integral quality of personality), and behavioral patterns (a habit to use elements of aggressive behavior in a particular situation). The object of this research is the level of legitimate use of aggression in professional activities of the police officers. The goal lies in determination of factors that contribute to facilitation and inhibition of the legitimate level of aggression in professional activities of the police officers. Special attention is given to interpretation of aggression as an individual basis, aggressiveness as a personal basis, and aggressive behavior as a subject-activity basis within the structure of human psyche. The individual manifestations of aggressive symptom complex is viewed on the cognitive, emotional, and behavioral levels. The empirical part of the article analyzes the interrelation between the behavioral strategy chosen in a conflict situation, level of communicative aggression, and level of communicative tolerance of the police officers, taking into account gender and age factors. It is established that 85% of the police employees (regardless of gender and age) consciously choose peaceful and nonaggressive strategies to settle the conflict situation, and only 15% prefer aggressive strategy of rivalry. However, the attempt to “restrain oneself” leads to accumulation of psychoemotional tension, which provokes the experience of pleasure from bursts of spontaneous and reflected aggression, and subsequently sense of guilt and a proclivity for auto-aggression. The likelihood of manifestation or non-manifestation of the aggressive symptom complex is substantiated by facilitators / inhibitors of aggression. It was also determined the propensity to establish oneself as a reference model and the rejection of the individuality of another party is first and foremost associated with the specificity of communication cohort of the police officers, and can be considered as an option of psychological defense against premature psychoemotional burnout.

Abstract:
This article presents a qualitative and quantitative study of personality based on psychosemantic technique “color-associative experiment”. The subject of this research is the theoretical framework, procedure for psychosemantic technique “color-associative experiment”, and the possibilities of its application in psychological counseling of students. For quality data processing and interpretation, the author employs the techniques of free and axial coding (the categories correspond to the axes: conditions, phenomenon, its characteristics, strategy of interaction with the phenomenon, and outcome), which allow the psychologist to acquire a holistic representation on the current state of the respondent. The article provides the materials of empirical study, which involved 15 people; describes the results diagnostics of the bachelor's degree students conducted in terms of distance learning at the Academy for the Humanities and Pedagogy (branch) of the Crimean Federal University in Yalta (April 2020). The obtained results indicate that the verbal space and perceptive-semantic space are not identical, but mutually complementary, forming a holistic picture of the individual semantic space of personality. On the example of implementation of “color-associative experiment” technique, the respondent (bachelor's degree graduate) is characterized by a neurotic structure of personality. The intrapersonal conflict and resulting emotional tension are accompanied by the pursuit of orderliness and freedom (the verbal component of semantic space), but also indicate the prevalence of variability and lack of constancy in the perceptive semantic space of personality. For comparing the results of perceptive and verbal semantic space, the author offers the schematic image of the coordinate system formed by these two axes and saturated with individual meanings of the respondent. Thus, in the dialogue with the respondent, the psychologist forms a map of the individual semantic space of the latter. The application of the method of “color-associative experiment” indicated the instance of the development of reflection among students.

Abstract:
The problem of mitigating stress in the companies gains more relevance, since the amount of complex, problematic situations, changes in external environment significantly increases and impacts performance of the employees and competitiveness of the company. Middle-ranking managers experience severe stress. The complexity of mitigating stress is substantiated by the need for individual approach, which is would change the overall attitude towards a stressful situation. It is also a resource-consuming process from the perspective of time and finances. The optimal method in this regards is the visualization technique, which allows each participant to work through “their personal stress” even in a group format. Examination of visualization as a form of working with the cognitive construct “stress” has proven its effectiveness: the respondents began experiencing less stress, and thus les frustration, anxiety, aggressiveness, and more mental activation, interest, and comfort. The overall attitude towards stress has also changed: it ceased to cause fear, anxiety and negative emotions. It has also become easier for the respondents to handle stress that cannot be omitted. Visualization of the cognitive construct “stress” allowed inscribing in into the internal worldview as a safer one. All of the above resulted in improvement of the work performance, optimization of relations between management and employees. The novelty consists in proving the efficiency of visualization technique for working through negative cognitive constructs in the context of personnel training.

Abstract:
This article proves the results of the original research of psychological aspects of Internet employment of the youth. The subject of this study is interrelation between personal traits and coping strategies of the young Internet workers. Research methodology is based on perception of Internet work as a virtual remote labor activity, in the context of the Internet space, via its resources, and directly affecting the psycho-emotional and psychophysiological state of the employees. Methodological framework contains Ways of Coping Questionnaire by R. Lazarus, Failure Avoidance Motivation by T. Ehlers, Method of Diagnostics of Personal Creativity by E. Tunik, and EPQ methodology by G. Eysenck. The research involved 104 respondents. The novelty of the conducted psychological research consists in acquisition of the fundamentally new empirical results on specificity of personal traits of the young Internet employees that are important for the Russian and foreign science. The main conclusion lies in establishment of correlations between the scales: “Positive Revaluation” and “Extraversion”, “Confrontational Coping” and “Complexity” (of the activity. It is empirically proven that majority of young Internet employees are extraverts, with relative mental stability, of choleric and sanguine temperament, average motivation towards avoiding failures, and low proneness to conflict. Practical implementation of the obtained results increases the effectiveness of screening procedures and psychological support in the area of Internet employment.

Abstract:
This article explores the phenomenon of successful aging and the substantiating factors, based on studying the attitude towards aging among pedagogues. The dichotomous attitude towards senescence is demonstrated in both, foreign and Russian literature. On the one hand, old age is considered the final stage in life of a person; while on the other hand, despite the increasing decline in physical strength, health and mental processes, it is also a sensitive time for the accumulation of knowledge, experience and intellect, which allows adapting to age peculiarities. Analysis was conducted on the attitude towards aging among pedagogues and the factors that determine it. The sample was comprised of the pedagogues from higher educational institutions, specialized secondary educational establishment, and general education institutions. The acquired results demonstrate that the pedagogues have a positive image of aging, which helps them to better adapt to the aging process.

Abstract:
This article examines the peculiarities of work with methodological texts in the conditions of distance learning among university students. The relevance of this research is substantiated by the fact that work with methodological texts give students certain vectors for personal development, contributes to the formation of methodological culture of future specialist within the boundaries of a particular scientific discipline. The goal is to demonstrate the results of experimental research of the process of teaching the conceptual understanding of information contained in methodological texts to university students. The object of this work is understanding as the process and the result of students' activity. The subject is the peculiarities of students' work with methodological texts. The main conclusions lie in the fact that 65% of students faced various types of difficulties in working with methodological texts out of the total sample of 260 respondents. The conducted special training revealed positive changes: the number of students who did not experience difficulties in understanding of text, based on the ability to apply techniques of working with texts, has increased. The dynamics in indicators (derivation of keywords or indicators of the criteria of methodological text; formulation of the basic question of methodological text, etc.) allows considering the developed by authors methods of working with methodological texts effective.

Abstract:
This article is dedicated to the analysis of interrelation between professional identity and creativity of the students of psychological disciplines at different stages of educational process. The subject of this research is the correlation of professional identity and creativity of the students of psychological disciplines. The goal consists in determination of the structure of interrelation between the statuses of professional identity and creativity parameter of the students at different stages of educational process. The conducted survey included 124 students of psychological disciplines from Novosibirsk State Technical University and Siberian State Transport University of 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th years of education. For data collection, the author used the following psychodiagnostic tools: E. P. Torrance’s test of nonverbal creativity; S. Mednick’s test for “Diagnostics of Verbal Creativity”; A. A. Azbel’s and A. G. Gretsov’s methodology for studying the statuses of professional identity; L. B. Schneider’s methodology for studying professional identity. The research demonstrates the presence of correlations between the parameters of verbal creativity (uniqueness) and vague status of professional identity parameters of imagery creativity (resistance to reservations) and formed status of professional identity; parameters of imagery creativity (development and resistance to reservations), and imposed status of professional identity. It was determined that the structures of interrelation between the statuses of professional activity and creativity parameters differ among the students of different years of education. The senior students show stronger correlations between the statuses of professional identity and creativity parameters.

Abstract:
The subject of this research is the motivational and value orientation of students towards professional activity. Based on the analysis of literary sources, it was established that motivational and value orientation is an integrative dynamic system, incorporating the interconnected professional motives, interests, goals, personal attitudes that ensure the choice of profession. The article analyzes the peculiarities of motivational and value orientation of college students essential for determination of the significant cognitive motives and disaccord between such its components as personal growth, responsibility and presence of a strong desire to pursue the selected profession. In the course of research, the following set of psychodiagnostic instruments was used: original questionnaire, morphological test for life values (V. F. Sopov, L. V. Karpushin), methodology for determination of key motives of choosing profession (E. M. Pavlyutenkov), value orientations (M. Rokeach), methods of mathematical-statistical processing of the results (Spearman’s correlation analysis, Mann–Whitney parametrical method of comparison of two U-criterion samplings). Theoretical importance of this study consists in the analysis of modern conceptual approaches towards the problem of motivational and value orientation of college students towards professional activity that creates foundation for further research in this area, and solution of such problem as rejection of the acquired specialty.

Abstract:
The subject of this research is the Internet activity of a potential suicide victim: his search requests and following the links. The goal consists in creation of methodology that would allow differentiating the Internet activity of an actual suicide victim from actions of a person who bethought a demonstrative suicide, simulation of an illness or staging of an attack. The task consisted in examining the content of requests and links, time of committing online actions, as well as intervals between them to estimate the emotional state of a user at different points in time. The article applies praximetric method (analysis of the products of activity) and its variations: content analysis and timeline. Biographical method was partially used with regards to the subject of activity. Geographical modeling of changing the speed of search requests or following the links, as well as correlation of these changes with the content of materials read by a user, was used for studying his emotional stat at different points of activity. The scientific novelty consists in the development of method for analyzing time intervals between the user’s action for examining his emotional state. The suggested method may be used as one of the means of determining differences between the real and demonstrative suicide or other staged incidents. It may be also applied for assessing whether the increased pace of requests made by a user corresponds with anxiety common to the character of such requests, or the requests were made formally, which gives grounds to surmise the requests of a potential suicide victim were falsified by another person.

Abstract:
In her research Vorontsova provides analysis of fundamental and modern Russian and foreign approaches to the phenomenon of attention and mental states and their interdependence. The matter under research is psychological determinants of road accident risk. The focus of the research is on conceptual, theoretical, interdisciplinary approaches to studying psychological determinants of high road accident risk as a result of changes in the mental state and attention. The author examines such aspects of the topic as mental states, in particular, unbalance. She pays special attention to the interdependence between mental states and psychic processes, particularly, attention, the latter being one of the most important professional qualities for safe driving. Vorontsova specifies issues covered by modern researches of attention and mental states of drivers as well as attitude of researchers to the predicted level of road safety. The main methodological principle of the research includes the principle of systematicity, determinism and development. The main conclusion of the research is that there are certain gaps in conceptual and empirical concepts that describe the relationship between mental states and attention. The author's contributon to the topic is a full analysis of Russian and foreign researches on the matter as well as a focus on systemtic psychological factors that ensure safe driving as well as areas for further research and analysis.

As a conclusion of the research, the author underlines the need to define personal reliability of EMERCOM officials. In the course of their research, the authors discover peculiarities of EMERCOM officials' ideas of what personal reliability means. The difference between groups of respondents participating in the research is that 20-30 year old officials base their idea of personal reliability on themselves while 30-45 year old officials care more about personal reliability of others. The research involved 40 officials of EMERCOM of Russia aged 20- 45 years. The main research method is the author's modified version of Sack's Sentence Completion Test. The scientific novelty of the research is caused by the fact that the author describes views and ideas of EMERCOM officials on personal reliability. The results of the research underline the importance of such research for psychologists who work as security agencies. The results of the research can be used in practical sessions with EMERCOM officials and personnel of EMERCOM divisions as well as diagnostics and psychological counselling performed by EMERCOM psychologists.

Abstract:
The work aims to study the idea of individual management concept, to define it, determine its significance for the managers' professional activity. The object of the study of the article is the manager's activity. The subject of the study is the individual management concept and forms of its manifestations. The authors study in detail the forms and functions of manifestations of individual management concept, determining it as a system of ideas and concepts about a place and a role of a manager in the process of management, passed through the prism of personal experience of a particular person. The article proves that the individual management concept allows revealing the stages of psychological preparation and practical readiness of an individual for management, that is very important for the analysis of management potential of a manager and improving the efficiency of joint activities. Authors use a theoretical analysis with the application of classification, analysis, and synthesis, as well as idealization and modeling as principal methods of the study. The psychological activity theory was taken as a methodological basis. The study concludes that a psychological readiness for management and an operative image of management activity are similar in their content; the only difference is their orientation. Psychological readiness actualizes the entire psychology of a manager, aims it at the correct situational response. An operative image aims at information recognition about the peculiarities of the functioning of the management system in a certain situation, taking and implementing a certain decision. The novelty of the study is due to the refining the starting signals to the formation of operational and functional image in the individual management concept.

Abstract:
A dynamic external environment, filled with a great number of variations and opportunities, makes specific demands of managerial and psychological nature to modern managers. Organizations come to appreciate the developments, innovation, and speed, not stability. Due to this fact, the question of consideration of the main psychological characteristics of successful middle-rank managers, and compiling a psychological portrait based on them becomes relevant. The subject of the study is peculiar features of interpersonal relationship chosen by groups of respondents while determining the characteristics of a successful manager. The object of the study is the managers. The method of psychodiagnostics was used: the method of interpersonal relationship determining by L.N. Sobchik. Statistical processing of the results was carried out by the Mann-Whitney method. The novelty of the study is due to the achievement of the results, which gave the opportunity to reveal both similarities and differences in the idea of middle-rank managers' success in groups of students studying in this field and professional managers. Conclusions:1. managers with seniority do not determine the success in their professional field through increasing a domineering style of behavior. In their diagnostic field, the personal qualities of a successful manager do not get to the level of despotism and emotional instability but have moderately high indicators. In turn, students of the faculty of management imagine success through the increase of indicators of the first octant; 2. in the psychological portrait were marked the characteristics, which help to build a flexible relationship with both internal and external environment of the organization: the desire for a strong partnership with the reference group, finding community with other people, susceptibility to the general mood of the group.

Abstract:
The subject of the research is the prevention of anxiety and depressive disorders by the means of corporate psychological counselling. The researcher set the following objectives for his research: 1) to find the most efficient psychotherapeutical approach to prevention of anxiety and depressive disorders at organisations; 2) to review humanistic concepts to psychological counselling of organization's staff that would be oriented at preservation of mental health. In order to achieve the first objective, the author outlines the main challenges a corporate psychological may face when counselling staff who demonstrate anxiety or depression symptoms. In accordance with the challenges described, the author proposes the following requirements for corporate psychological assistance: psychological assistance should mainly consist of short-term group therapy because such environment does not require too much openness from a client, the therapy should have distinct goals and targets and measerable efficient results. In order to achieve the second objective, the researcher compares the humanistic person-centered approach to organization and so called 'turguoise organizations'. As a conclusion, the author notes that these two models are similar in terms of their methodology. The fact that such models are created and implemented proves the growing role of psychology in corporate mangement and sets forth the task of psychological adaptation of staff to a new form of organization. The author also analyzes the most efficient approaches to prevention of anxiety and depressive disorders and names such approaches as interpersonal therapy and cognitive behavioral therapy. The author cmopares these two approaches as applicable to the situation of corporate psychological cousnelling. Based on the results of the analysis, cognitive behavioral therapy proves to be more efficient for prevention of anxiety and depressive disorders as part of corporate psychological counselling.

Abstract:
The aim of the research is to identify the psychological characteristics of professional communication between a director and his or her subordinates. The object of the research is professional communication. The subject of the research is the process of professional communication between the director and his or her subordinate. The author examines the mechanisms of interaction between the director and subordinates as well as possible problems arising in the process of such communication and ways to overcome them. Different approaches to communication are analyzed, and their significance for practice is revealed. The factors affecting the effectiveness of "director-subordinate" professional communication are studied. The recommendations on the analysis of the interaction between the director and subordinates for organizational psychologists are presented. The main research methods used by the authors include theoretical analysis including classification, analysis and synthesis as well as idealization and modeling. An activity approach was adopted as a methodological basis. The conclusion of the study is that when communicating with subordinates the director must take into account not only professional tasks but also characteristics of the subordinate and the situation in general. A special contribution of the author to the study of the topic is the analysis of professional communication from the standpoint of several approaches revealing their significance for practice.

Abstract:
The study is aimed at identifying key components of a new position, curator of youth entrepreneurial projects. The authors outline goals and performance assessment indicators. A key role in preparing young people for entrepreneurial activity in modern conditions is assigned to curators (or mentors) whose job position in this context has not yet been studied. The idea of the main components of the analyzed labor position will allow for a more efficient selection and training of curators of youth business projects, to plan and organize the activities of mentors. The research is based on the survey and involved 14 curators of the interregional competition of youth entrepreneurial projects held in 2017. For data processing the authors have used qualitative analysis; content analysis; and frequency analysis. Modeling has been also used to formulate conclusions and recommendations. The results of the research demonstrate that there is no common understanding of the goals set and the result of the work of the curator of youth entrepreneurial projects among the respondents who are the subjects of this activity. The authors have offered their definition of the purpose of the curator of youth entrepreneurial projects and have identified optimal indicators for evaluating the efficiency of their work.

Abstract:
The research has been supported by the grant of the President of the Russian Federation given to young Russian scientists and PhDs. The aim of the article is to analyze regulatory processes as a personality marker of psychological safety of gas and oil workers under the conditions of shift work in Arctic Regions. The authors state that analysis of personality markers of psychological safety of gas and oil workers under the conditions of shift work in Arctic Regions will allow to create efficient recommendations for psychological support of professionals. The theoretical model of psychological security developed by the authors includes five basic components: functional states at the psychophysiological and psychological levels; the image of the object, the image of the subejct, the image of the subject-subject and subject-object relations viewed from the point of view of the psychic structure of regulation. The research involved 70 specialists of gas and oil companies who go on shift work in Arctic Regions. The research methods used by the authors include analysis of documentation, observation over working process, questionnaire survey, psychophysiological and psychological tests, statistic methods of data analysis. To diagnose regulatory processes, the authors have used The Behavior Regulation Style Inventory offered by V. Morosanova. The results of the research demonstrate that in order to ensure psychological safety, gas and oil workers should have a moderately high level of planning and modelling skills and reduced level of independency as regulatory processes. The development of these regulatory processes will increase psychological safety of gas and oil workers under the conditions of shift work in Arctic Regions.

Abstract:
In her research Kuznetsova discusses the development of female business in Russia. In particular, she discovers that the index of motivation for starting a business is significantly different for women than for men. Moreover, the main problems preventing women from developing their own business include gender stereotypes, fierce competition with men, fight against stereotypes in the society, high credit interest rate, and absence of business education, knowledge, skills and competences. To write this article, Kuznetsova has reviewed public speeches made by the representatives of international organisations, findings and discoveries of Russian researchers, and her own experience of working with women who conduct small and middle business. There is a support and promotion of women entrepreneurs in Russia. Women become more active and committed to achieving their financial goals. They learn lessons from their mistakes and seek for additional training necessary to run one's own business. In response to the arising need in business education, there are short-term programs that teach business and affordable by female owners of small and medium business.

Abstract:
In this research Smolko examines the features of the manifestation of such psychological characteristics of leaders as the styles of thinking (the questionnaire of S. Epstain), emotional intelligence (questionnaire of D.V. Lyusin), "psychological capital of the individual" (questionnaire of A. Bakker) and confidence in the correctness of decisions in the conditions of explicit and implicit learning in connection with the success of management decisions in the simulated situation of enterprise management. An empirical study was carried out on a sample of heads of structural subdivisions of the holding (N = 331), who passed the course of business education. The obtained data support the assumption that different stages of the learning situation (requiring explicit and / or implicit knowledge) actualize the various psychological characteristics of managers when making decisions. Given the limited time of decision-making, the multivariate methods for achieving success and the absence of available decision algorithms, the significant psychological characteristics for making better managerial decisions are the reliance on rationality and reliance on intuition involved at the same time, predictive ability and optimism. The end-to-end characteristics that determine successful solutions at different stages of the training business game are self-efficacy and vitality, components of emotional intelligence, the level of explicitly mastered knowledge and confidence in the correctness of the choice.

Abstract:
The purpose of the research is to develop a holistic competence model for civil aviation pilots. Before carrying out their research the authors have proposed several hyphotheses: civil aviation pilot competences may be classified depending on several grounds and united into the holistic competence model; employees and employers have different perception of what competences are the most important for pilots; and the hierarchical model of civil aviation pilot competences consists of several levels that have a different effect on professional efficiency. Data was collected using the method of document analysis. To process data, the authors have used a whole group of methods such as content analysis, 2х2 cross tables and Pearson nonparametric test χ2 adopted by Yates, cluster analysis (complete link method), and structure analysis. As a result of their research, the authors offer their own holistic competence model for civil aviation pilots. The model includes 16 competences that can be divided into the following groups of qualities: professional (including cognitive qualities such as knowledge of English and aircraft flight skills), functional qualities (organisation of flight operations, flight paperwork management, organisation and control of flight operating safety) and personal qualities (meta-qualities such as discipline, diligence, mobility, aptitude for learning, responsibility, mental health, commitment, ability to cope with stress, sense of purpose and social skills such as team building, leadership, and inerpersonal communication efficiency). Employees and employers have a different perception of what qualities are important. Pilots choose personal competences (diligence and sense of purpose) and knowledge of English as important qualities more frequently than aviation company managers. The authors also offer a four-level hierarchy of competences depending on their importance for employers and pilots.

Abstract:
The article presents the results of the study of the professional identity of graduate students in psychology. Using the method of expert assessments and subsequent application of mathematical and statistical procedures, 'real self' and 'ideal self' images of professional identity of psychology students are revealed. Significant characteristics of the image of a professional psychologist are determined, which is correlated with the expectations and representations of students. The process of self-identification of students with the image of a psychologist (consultant and educational psychologist) as well as the specifics of the formation of the 'Self-concept' of a young specialist is considered. The purpose of the research is to identify the psychological characteristics of the professional identity of young psychologists who receive higher education. The subject of the research is the peculiarities of psychological characteristics of professional identity (based on the example of psychology students). The research methodology includes the concept of personal identity (by E. Erickson and J. Marcia); interpersonal concept of socialization (by T. Leary, J. Mead and G. Sullivan); theory of semantic differential (by C. Osgood); systems approach to the study of the professional 'self-concept' (by S. D. Janerian). The methods of research involved methods for collecting diagnostic information such as the method of interpersonal diagnostics developed by T. Leary, G. Leforge, R. Sazek, the method of the semantic differential by C. Osgood, and the method of expert assessments. Methods of mathematical and statistical analysis of the data included the method of expert assessments, Student's test, factor analysis, correlation analysis, and SPSS 22.0 software. The novelty of the research is caused by the fact that the author choose methods for constructing the professional identity of psychology students, compare the image of an educaitonal psychologist with the expectations and representations of students, and use methods of mathematical and statistical data processing. The main conclusions of the study are the types of perception by students of the images of professional psychologists in the field of teaching and counseling. The image of the 'ideal counselor psychologist' combines the 'client-oriented' and 'problem-oriented' type of professional qualities of the psychologist, and the image of the 'ideal educational psychologist' as a collective image of the teacher's types, such as 'master' and 'graduate student'. In relation to the image of students 'perception of themselves, 'I am a counselor psychologist' image includes 'empathic' and 'congruent' types, and in relation to the image of students' perception of themselves, 'I am an educational psychologist' are 'rational' and 'emotional' types.

Abstract:
It is impossible to successfully fight extremism without understanding the causes and reasons of why it is originated. In its turn, in order to deliver preventive measures and qualify extremist acts it is necessary to understand the genesis and nature of violent extremism and determinants of violent extremism. The present article provides an anaylsis of individual radicalization factors. For this purpose the authors of the article consider definitions of violent extremism and radicalization, view various models of radicalization described in literature, and outline the main causes and conditions that influence the process of radicalization. By using the systems approach and the method of comparative analysis for analyzing relevant academic literature, methods of synthesis and logical generalization of obtained results, the authors clarify the definition of violent extremism, describe indicators of violent extremism and define a set of individual and contextual factors of radicalization risks. The results of the research can be used in the process of professional psychological preparation of law-enforcement officers which can contribute to a better understanding of the causes of violent extremism and, as a consequence, improvement of preventive measures. Conclusions made by the authors during their research can be taken into account when preparing programs of professional training of police officers as well as particular courses and lectures.

Safety Culture: To Manage…or Better Not?

Abstract:
The article is an attempt to clarify the concepts of organizational psychology: organizational culture, safety culture, safety climate, overcoming the inherent illegibility of the humanities categories, and to reveal their functional significance. The multiplicity of simultaneously ongoing organization actions is accepted as the starting point in the argument. All kinds of actions are commonly grouped in three classes: formal, non-formal and informal. The simultaneous relevance of goals of different directions and a set of conflicts between them are considered as a closest consequence and as an important inherent feature of real production activity. The organizational management is logically determined by the need to resolve conflicts and get the nominal output. It is carried out by the chief executive officer. In each case of resolving conflict the leader sets the priorities between conflicting goals and puts thereby forward the sample for staff for solutions in similar conflict situations. Dozens of standard rules of conduct set by the leader form the organizational culture. The chief executive officer proved to be the main creator of organizational culture. The peculiarity of a particular culture is set by the stable structure of dominant objectives and corresponds to the concept of climate. Safety culture, thus, is determined as the sustaining of steady dominance of the ensuring safety objectives in all situations of conflict of simultaneously relevant objectives. It is a secondary result of chief’s style to conduct the affairs but not a business process. All attempts to neglect the real forming factors of organizational culture in management lead to the formation of quasi-functions, which cause organizational neurosis, one of the signs of which are “safety games”. All forms of organizational neurosis are destructive and preserve the preconditions of breakdowns and accidents. The examples of wrong safety problem solutions in Russian power industry are provided.

Abstract:
The subject of the present research is the classification of negotiation and behavior strategies used in the process of conflict resolution. The author of the article analyzes R. E. Walton's and R. B. McKerise's classification of integrative bargaining and distributive bargaining, Kenneth Thomas' classification (competing, compromising, collaborating and avoiding), Dean Pruitt's dual concern model, the etiology of conflict cultures offered by Michele J. Gelfand, Lisa M. Leslie and Kirsten Keller, and the five levels of interaction attitudes described by E. V. Dotsenko. After a detailed and comprehensive analysis of the aforesaid concepts, the author of the article offers his own classification of the interpersonal influencing behaviour. According to the author, this classification is of great importance both theoretically and practically. The methods used by the author in his research include analysis of literature, synthesis of existing concepts and practical application of the classification. The scientific novelty is caused by the fact that the author offers his own classification of the interpersonal influencing behavior strategies: co-existing, collaborating, compromising, manipulating, competing, dominating, servicing, accommodating, shifting attention, and avoiding actions. The present classification is based on the two criteria, the attitude to the opponent and satisfaction of interests: 1. whether the opponent is treated as a subject or an object; 2. whether common interests are satisfied; both parties' interests are satisfied; only one party's interests are satisfied; only the opponent's interests are satisfied; none interests are satisfied. The interpersonal influencing behavior strategies can be widely applied in negotiations and conflict resolutions.

Abstract:
The article presents the results of studies on the relationship of regulators decision to the success of management activities. As regulators of the decision-making were considered: an intuitive and rational thinking styles and level emotional intelligence of group members. Measuring the success of administrative decisions was conducted with the help of the achieved business performance in a simulated situation of enterprise management. The study was conducted on a sample of middle managers (heads and deputy independent structural subdivisions of a large holding company) in the amount of 204 people. When comparing the groups with high, medium and low values of business performance (the total income of the company, revenue growth and net profit) identified differences in intuition, rationality and emotional intelligence indicators confirm suggested.

The article is devoted to the study of the psychological safety of the person in terms of professional development. This paper presents the analysis of the conceptual approaches to the problem of psychological safety of the person and theoretical analysis of the phenomenon of psychological safety of the person in terms of his/her professional development. Psychological safety is viewed as an integral psychological phenomenon which is experienced as the feeling of being protected against external and internal threats and guarantees the optimum performance of the person. Special attention is paid to the question about the role of psychological safety in the constructive professional development of the person. Theoretical and methodological basis of the research includes fundamental principles of personality psychology and developmental psychology, basic theoretical provisions of the activity approach to personal development, ideas about psychological relations of the person, conceptual approaches to the analysis of the phenomenon of psychological safety and ideas about the professional development of the person. The author's contribution to the topic is caused by the fact that on the basis of theoretical analysis she attempts to define the functions of psychological safety of the person as a determinant of constructive professional development and underlines the terms that define the state of psychological safety of the person in the professional sphere of his/her activity. It is noted that as the feeling of being protected against external threats, psychological safety provides behavior aimed at constructive solutions to life's challenges. It is stated that psychological safety of the person initiates his/her activity in the professional environment, is a prerequisite for professional self-realization, provides efficiency of personality and his/her self-organization in the labor, promotes the preservation of professional identity, is a personal resource that allows to save the optimal status of the individual in the labour, and provides a positive functioning of personality in the profession. At the end of the article the author concludes about the important role of psychological safety in the process of constructive professinal development as well as about multiple aspects of the problem of psychological safety and prospects for further research of psychological safety in scientific and practical studies of the psychology of professional development.

Abstract:
Developed self-concept should include acknowledge of personal resources through existing cognitive methods. At the moment the most developed psychological methods are psychometric methods in the form of questionnaires and tests. Results of such questionnaires and tests can be considered to be an important part of psychoeducation and self-determination of personality. Therefore, it seems appropriate to study the influence of the psychoeducation component on assessment of personality and self-determination through diagnosing a particular personal quality, describing the research results, retention of time and repeated diagnostics of the same quality. This allows to trace back the influence of the cognitive component on the diagnosed quality after diagnostics. In this research Matyukhin carries out diagnostics of adaptability. Severe disadaptation may cause pathological processes, failures in the academic or professional activity and antisocial behavior. The adaptation process is extremely dynamic. Successful adaptation depends on a number of objective and subjective conditions, functional status, social experience, attitude towards life, etc. People may have different attitudes to the same events and one stimulus may provoke different responses from different people.

Abstract:
The article is devoted to the theoretical review and the analysis of the identity of the psychologist in terms of space-estimated tasks. Need of the accounting of diagnostic data on the basis of the studied typical manifestations of signs and properties is emphasized. Integrated, differential and eclectic approaches in research of the identity of the expert are described and also specifics of system "the diagnostician — a task — efficiency" are revealed. The main diagnostic inquiries of educational, clinical and corporate spheres are listed. The size of efficiency of the solution of tasks as an applied point of intersection of multiple-valued communications between the personality and a task is designated. And also structural components of efficiency such as the accuracy, decision speed, power consumption applied the technician and techniques and katamnestichesky effect are described by analytical deductive methods. On the basis of inquiries the directions of further priority researches both compound personal characteristics of the psychologist, and dynamics of the personality as integrity are precisely defined. The main tendency of article is emphasis of applied character of the theoretical analysis of these and forthcoming empirical researches.Possibility of expansion of typical fixings of the diagnostic plan is presented.

Abstract:
Actuality of practical psychology is showing in this article in the conditions of intensification of life of man and growth of the crisis phenomena in modern society. Problems into that humanity runs today are the result of present spiritually psychical crisis. The level of evolution of human consciousness, as carrier of psychical processes, does not provide presently, adequate reaction of society and his individuals on existing now calls and does not result in the timely making of new world view on overcoming of the crisis phenomena. Evolution of psychical processes and on the whole psyches of man, along with undeniable achievements, accompanied and accompanied, unfortunately, by unit by the row of the negative phenomena: by wars, social calamities, ethnogeny catastrophes and other destructive events. Consequently, development of psyche, as totalities of psychical processes of man, requires, special in present terms, purposeful efforts of psychologists and unambiguous interpretation of their activity. The main task here consists in that in the conditions of growth of the crisis phenomena and permanent intensification of life of man qualitatively new progressive personality transformations in society took place quickly enough and mass, that will allow turning back the crisis phenomena and present orientation of modern humanity to self-destruction. In these terms psychology and her practical realization appear, by how hardly not only science to that looks are turned in search of answer for the pressing questions of today and determination of the practical operating under an exit from crisis situations. At the same time, profession of psychologist while yet far not simply perceived today in modern society, practical psychology did not declare about itself properly, and activity of practical psychologists did not become concrete and clear to the people. Key reason of it absence of the clearly set forth bases of professiogrammy of practical psychologist is, foremost, allowing to dissociate a psychological help from all other near on maintenance the parapsychology and astrologic types of activity. The algorithm of the job profile diagram of a practical psychologist, activity of that, unlike other professions, must be directing, is offered in the article and reasonable, foremost, on development of psychical processes of man with the purpose of forming of new personality capable in any terms it is adequate to work out the concrete problems. The table of contents of work of practical psychologist consists in realization of consultations and realization of gumanitarno-povedencheskogo psycho-analysis that consistently plugs in itself all three basic methodological directions of practical psychology: psychodynamic, cognitive behavioral and humanistic psychology. The article can be interesting to the wide circle of specialists in the field of psychological services: to the students, teachers, practical psychologists and by a civil servant of the system of education.

Abstract:
The subject of the research is the peculiarities of stressors and conditions of journlaism. The need to transfer information, emotional overloads, and ability to maintain superfluous, sometimes undesirable communication in the professional purposes, and irregular working hours, increase in responsibility for fast decision-making, and deficiency of time in the conditions of which the modern journalist works. Work in mass media leads to an emotional pressure which can negatively be reflected in a psychological state, the creative potential and level of professionalism of workers of mass media. In this research Beck Depression Inventory, Professional Life Stress Scale and the questionnaire reflecting specifics of a journalistic profession are used. Foreign and Russian researchers have the considerable theoretical and empirical material devoted to a journalism stressogennost as professions, in Belarus to studying of this problem field pay not enough attention.The main conclusions is that the conducted research allows to record a stressogennost of professional experiences and to designate the high level of intensity of a professional stress at journalists. However often they aren't ready to reflex and publicly to discuss professional stressor that it is possible to understand as an indicator of psychological trouble of representatives of this profession.

Abstract:
The object of research in this article is professional psychological and pedagogical activity. The matter of study is professional pedagogue’s reflection in it. The author deeply analyzes Russian scholars’ views and ideas of the structure of psychological and pedagogical activity and suggests reflection as one of its key components. Particular attention is paid to contents of pedagogue’s reflection, its mechanism and role in forming psychological and pedagogical skills.The method of research in this article is analysis of existing approaches and interpretations of the structure pedagogue’s activity and the contents of his reflection.The mail author’s conclusions come down to the idea that within any interpretation of the structure of pedagogue’s activity it cannot be effective without reflecting pedagogical process and his own experience in his consciousness, which is one of conditions of his professional and personal development. The novelty of this article is determined by its viewing professional reflection through the prism of variety of views and ideas of the structure of pedagogue’s activity and his professional and personal growth.

Abstract:
In article features of group unity of military collective on the example of division of a company of a guard of honor are analyzed. Definition of group unity is given, factors which influence group unity of military collective are described (uneven-age groups, life experience, character, habits of the recruit, etc.). The problems existing now before the Russian army and influencing experience by the soldier of group unity are noted (insufficient prestige of military service, bad material providing part, low motivation of recruits, the non-statutory relations in parts, bad conditions of service, insufficiency of preparation of personnel structure, etc.) . In article efficiency of the author's program for formation of group unity of military collective is analyzed. Diagnostic methods of research of group unity by means of sociometry methods – drawing up a sotsiomatritsa and methods of experimental influence - approbation of the author's program are used, the comparative analysis of entrance and total diagnostics is carried out. On the basis of the conducted research the conclusion that the developed program for psychological education of the military personnel allows to reduce aggression manifestation level, to increase the level of communicative abilities is drawn and teaches a choice of the most optimum strategy of behavior in a conflict situation. It is noted that for receiving the most effective results it is necessary to organize and carry out work not only with the military personnel who arrived on service but also with staff of part: officers and commanders; to organize collaboration with adjacent services – deputy commanders on educational work.

Abstract:
In article results of empirical research of subjects of the education conducted in March-April, 2014 are analyzed. Selection was made by teachers of schools, teachers of higher education institution, graduates of schools, college and higher education institution. As object of research the rigidnost of subjects of education acted. The associativity of concepts openness/closeness – a rigidnost is analyzed. The parallel between openness of the person and his relation to innovations is drawn. On the basis of the dispersive analysis conclusions about a ratio of a rigidnost of teachers and a rigidnost of the being trained are drawn; communication of a rigidnost of subjects of education and the accommodation district (city/village), steps of education (school-college-higher education institution) is investigated. The technique acted as diagnostic tools "A Tomsk questionnaire of a rigidnost of G.V.Zalevsky" (TORZ). This technique allows to draw a conclusion not only on a rigidnost of the person, but also to analyse its compound components. As a whole the analysis is carried out on 8 scales: 1 . Scale of the general rigidnost; 2 . Subscale of an actual rigidnost; 3 . Scale of a sensitive rigidnost; 4 . Scale of an adjusting rigidnost. 5 . Rigidnost scale as states. 6 . Scale of a premorbidny rigidnost. 7 . Reality scale. 8 . Lie scale. Empirical research of a rigidnost of subjects of education allows to draw the following conclusions:1 . On all components of a rigidnost (TORZ) significant distinctions are received. In particular, at teachers level of a rigidnost is higher on four components (from six): general rigidnost (000); actual rigidnost (000); sensitive rigidnost (010); rigidnost as state (000).2 . The Rigidnost of subjects of education isn't connected with the district of their accommodation (city/village).3 . The hypothesis that "the rigidnost of graduates of educational institutions isn't connected with a step of education (school-college-higher education institution)" received confirmation partially. That is, statistically significant distinctions between selections were shown on scales: sensitive rigidnost (043); premorbidny rigidnost (017). Thus, selection "school students" on all scales showed the lowest points on rigidnost components. That on the one hand it is possible to characterize positively: school students are most open for the changes happening in their life. On the other hand, raises a question of influence of post-secondary education on formation of the fixed forms of behavior.Thus it should be noted that this analysis is considered as primary. The received results have to be put in a formulation of the following hypotheses, so and research continuation. Declared system approach demands the analysis of a phenomenon of openness in system of the interconnected features of the person, as allows to come nearer, in particular, to disclosure "the nature and mechanisms of innovative behavior" that is especially important in an education system.

Abstract:
The article presents the results of research of the contents and structures of conceptual models demonstrated by the nuclear plant operators. On the basis of results of associative experiment features of the contents and the organization of ideas of functioning of nuclear power plant in conceptual models of operators depending on their professional success reveal. The role of conceptual model in ensuring efficiency of activity of operators of nuclear power plants is shown.The purpose of our research consisted in detection of features of the contents and structures of conceptual models at operators of nuclear power plants with different professional success. For studying of features of the contents and structures of conceptual models we used associative experiment. For an assessment of level of success of professional activity of operators level of their official compliance was used. The interrelation of features of the contents and structures of conceptual models at operators of nuclear power plants (further – the EXPERT) with different professional success is shown.1 . Structures of conceptual models at operators with high level of official compliance differ a bigger obogashchennost and informational content.2 . Process of naming of associations is the general for all operators and reflects a certain way of their organization in conceptual model, namely in the form of the "compact" components which are at different "distance" from the phrase incentive.3 . Operators with the high and average level of official compliance are distinguished by different contents (understanding) of some phrases incentives.4 . For all operators the contents practically all associations (96%) was connected with functioning the EXPERT and 4% emotional and estimated (connotive value) aspect of the relation of the surveyed operators to work.

Abstract:
The author of the article studies the level of life satisfaction and optimism demonstrated by professionals at different stages of their life. Life satisfication is viewed as the most important internal factor defining his one's social activity, interpersonal relations and his own attitude to himself and his personality. The latter creates the grounds for other forms of satisfaction including one's satisfaction with marriage, health and work. The level of life satisfaction is greatly influenced by the optimismic life position. In this research optimism is viewed as the manifestation of the feeling of self-confience demonstrated in different situations and positive expectations of an individual. Noteworthy that the younger generation demonstrates a greater correlation between the level of satisfaction with labour and the level of satisfaction with their future life path and the older generation shows a greater correlation between the level of their satisfaction with labour and the level of satisfaction with their real life.

Abstract:
The authors of the article define the problem of the relation between fundamental, applied and practical branches of psychology. Based on the analysis of V.A. Koltsova, T.D. Martsinkovskaya, O.G. Noskova, T. Leahy, R. Smith and other Russian and foreign historians, the authors provide the overview of the history of formation and development of applied and practical trends in psychology, especially pedology and psychotechnics. For the analysis of the historical-scientific and methodological patterns, the authors use the dynamic model of the relationship between theoretical psychology and social practice through the development of applied psychology developed by L.S. Vygotsky. More recent periods of relations between Russian fundamental psychology and psychological practice are viewed based on the conceptual grounds offered by A.L. Zhuravlev, D.V. Ushakov, A.G. Liders and I.N. Karitsky. The opportunities to distinguish applied and practical branches of psychology in the practical activity of psychologists are revealed so is the concept of role-playing ring proposed by Y.M. Zhukov. As a result, the structure of the relationship between subject and object of psychological activity is determined as an important base of classification of these branches. Historical analysis of the development of practical and applied branches of psychology in the first half of the XX century allows us to formulate a hypothesis about the singleness of the basic patterns of their development.

Problems with career self-determination of modern high school students

Abstract:
This article considers the characteristics of career self-determination by modern high school with various academic interests. It shows that preferences for people-centred occupations are common in high school students with a focus on psychology, medicine and mathematics; preferences for technology-centred professions are common in students with a focus on medicine, biology and chemistry; professions dealing with letters and numbers are of interest to students with a focus on mathematics, psychology, and chemistry; and creative professions are preferred by students with a focus on mathematics, chemistry and literature. It was noted that when choosing a profession, today's high school students tend to consider its potential for socializing and freedom, and their desire to make a career from it in the future. It is also shown that 100% of surveyed high school students want to undertake higher education, but their knowledge of particular jobs is insufficient and thus many of them have difficulty in choosing a career path.

The author of the article provides a psychological description of personal deformations of entrepreneurs. The author describes professional personal deformations which can be included in the presonal deformation of an entrepreneur. The author also considers the main forms of professional deformations that affect the key parameters of a specialist's activity and compares mental features of entrepreneurs of different success rate. The author also describes various psychological barriers on the path to entrepreneurial activity and development of entrepreneurship in general. The author considers psychological factors causing professional deformations among Russian entrepreneurs.
