Abstract:
The analysis of digital, socio-technological projects of the future is carried out in the context of post-non-classical utopian discourse based on a systematic approach, concepts of information society, dynamic information theory, K. Popper's ideas about social engineering. In order to identify the social effects of modern IT innovations, the current situation with universal ChatGPT is considered. It is argued that technology does not have an autonomous moral status, it is a projection of a person on the world. Their ethical burden, as well as the functionality and framework of self-organization are set from the outside. Artificial intelligence is a technology for simulating the reproduction of human reality, including patterns of social deviations. It means that not so much the virtual world as the actual reality needs humanizing correction. Information – technological, communicative mechanisms of overcoming social imperfections can be traced in the conceptually successive projects of "holotechnodemocracy" by M. Bunge, "information democracy" by M. Rocard, in projects of digital, cloud, electronic democracy. It is revealed that the modeling of an ideal digital future is based on a procedural approach, characterized by the authors of the article in the terminology of K. Popper as a "piecemeal" method, that is, "social engineering of private solutions". Therefore, digital techno-democracies are defined as a kind of modern praktopia, which evolutionarily and permanently forms an alternative social reality based on information and communication technologies and socio–network self–organization of a person and neural networks.

Abstract:
The subject of this research is the religious identity of Russian youth in the conditions of modern digital society. The author analyzes the factors of transformation of identification processes, examines the characteristics of religious identity, as well as defines the specificity of religious discourse within the Internet environment. The author believes that the main cause of the changes in religious consciousness and identity becomes rapid digitalization of all spheres of social life. This problematic gains relevance during the COVID-19 pandemic, forced self-isolation and transition towards remote work using the information and communication technologies. The author assumes that religious identity should be viewed from the perspective of its inclusion into a broader phenomenon – cyberidentity. An original definition of cyberidentity is proposed. The key factors of its formation, such as social networks and messengers, computer gamed, Internet memes, etc. are determined. The article leans on the analysis of information from websites of religious organizations, different groups in social networks, messengers and video hosting. The main source form empirical data became the results of large-scale research of dynamics of value orientations of youth of Nizhny Novgorod Region that was carried out from 2006 to 2019. The author concludes that currently it may appear that secular trends are growing, while the interest of youth in religion declines. This is conferment by the data acquired from mass surveying, interviewing, and analyzing the content of social networks. However, secularization processes have contradictory, nonlinear and unpredictable character. Within the Internet space, the dialects of religion and secular not just being retained, but reflected in the categories of digital society. In the digital post-secular society, religious identity becomes a part of the more global identification processes. It sets particular goals for the traditional religions, which are forced to adapt to civilizational challenges.

Abstract:
The subject of this research is social engineering as the change management activity on the macro-level. The content of social engineering is revealed through the analysis of concepts: change, future, design, and innovation. The relevance of question on the state as a strategic subject engineering social changes is underlined. The authors pursue correlation between the large-scale national projects and global engineering by means of designing image of the future. Design and innovations are viewed as a technology and result of social engineering respectively. The need for creation of integral national system of innovation development with involvement of new subjects-innovators is substantiated. The scientific novelty consists in the original approach towards supporting social engineering through determination and semantic saturation of the four concepts, the main of which is the concept of “change”. The uniqueness of this work lies in new interpretation of the notion of “design” as a technology of social engineering that is substantiated sociological and anthropologically through the procedure of externalization. It is emphasized that change management requires attention to the development of social futurism strategy.

Abstract:
The subject of this research is the specificity of perception of the Russian ethnos among the modern youth. The relevance of this research is associated with the orientation of social sciences upon the subjective images of the actors and observers of the important social processes. Cultural memory, as well as historical memory is fixed in the certain sustained images. The detection of the content, meaning, and the personal concepts of these images is essential for understanding the dynamics of social processes, cultural and social values, which predetermine these processes. Images and values that comprise the psychological reality of a person form a specific type of social behavior. The biggest associative groups of words reflect the main spheres, in which the students have established their opinion on what is Russian – national food, specificity of nature and environment, art and folklore. We can also define the spheres that are not much associated with the understanding of Russian – military and social spheres, natural resources, economics, politics, and history

Abstract:
The subject of this research is postgraduate education presented by doctorate and postgraduate studies, while the object is to distinguish the difference between the intensive postgraduate education that serves the educational process in the higher school and secondary professional education, and the development of the scientific knowledge that gives new ideas to the life practice. The relevance of the reviewed problems falls onto the advancement of the information process. The established system of postgraduate education exceeded the information volume required for the progression of science, thus it results in the Higher Attestation Commission’s reduction measures concerning the postgraduate education. The main conclusion consists in determination of the two ways of development of postgraduate education: for the more intensive cognition of the selected specialty, and for the advancement and promotion of the new ideas. The scientific novelty lies in the proposition to divide the postgraduate education into two levels: namely scientific (where the new scientific ideas are being developed), and the postgraduate education for educational process on the higher and secondary educational facilities.

Abstract:
The subject of this research is the abilities of the modern social theories for construction of the positive ethnic identity. Currently, an active discussion on the question on formation of the Russia nation is taking place. This formation can happen on either ethnic or civil bases. An entire number of relevant processes speaks that the processes of establishment of ethnic cultural identities within the regions of the Russian Federation are fairly dynamic. It is important for the multinational state that these processes will follow a positive cultural scenario. Theoretical model of a positive ethnic identity results in a certain system of types of ethnic identity. A positive ethnic identity is viewed within this system as a norm or condition for a harmonious interethnic cooperation, deviation from which produces various types of identity. A positive ethnic identity can be re-created in form of a mental construct via a specific sum of actions of separate subjects of a social organism.

Abstract:
The subject of this research is the modern Russian cultural policy and its effect upon the local and regional identities, including those associated with the municipal social space. In the conditions of processes of globalization, the theory and practice of socioeconomic relations in the modern world demonstrates that a key role in the development of states and intergovernmental unions today and in the nearest future belongs to the cities. Cultural policy, its trends, significant events, as well as basic processes will take place within the urbanized space, which due to this fact causes a certain interests among researchers. The main conclusion of the conducted research consists in substantiation of a thesis that the cultural policy forms a particular symbolic space of a city that in case of a success of such policy allows forming and expanding the specific local identities, which from the economic perspective are able to attract investments into the city, as well as encourage the increase in the quality of life of the population.

Abstract:
In reviewing studies of the visual image of the city following the example of Pirogov identified four research paradigms: naturalist, structuralist, constructivist and phenomenological. In this study, the most interesting structuralist paradigm, rather semiotic structuralism, as the city is featured as text readable residents and visitors. In connection with the appeal to visual signs of city system within semiotics approach, sees important to consider concept of a visual image of the city. The subject of the research is the concepts, approaches, models of research of a visual image of the city. Modern social and the humanities saved up the sufficient experience connected with methodology and a technique of research of a visual image of the city. Synthesis of this experience, allocation of key problems, the critical analysis will allow to find effective methodology for the analysis of visual images of the concrete Russian and world cities. The main method of research - the historiographic description, the critical analysis of domestic and foreign research literature. The method of allocation of key concepts, estimated judgments connected with researches of the modern cities is applied. By consideration of researches of a visual image of the city by Pirogov's example four paradigms of researches were allocated: naturalistic, structuralist, constructivist and phenomenological. Within this research the structuralist paradigm, to be exact semiotics structuralism as the city appears as the text which is read out by inhabitants and guests here is most interesting.

Abstract:
Fredric Jameson has developed a complete methodological framework of the various scientific fields that are able to synthesize together. The purpose of the present research is to discover whether his theory is applicable to the study of other cultural phenomena. In his research Starko analyzes the content of the collection of works by Fredric Jameson 'Postmodernism, or, The Cultural Logic of Late Capitalism' (1991) and the article 'Nostalgia for the Present' which has never been translated into English, in order to discover new ways to study popular culture. The results may help to understand the complex dynamic processes taking place in today's world. The main research method used by the author of the article is the comparative historical analysis of the intellectual biography of Fredric Jameson as well as the descriptive review of his theory based on the translation of several articles of Fredric Jameson made by the researcher himself. In his book Fredric Jameson has come to the conclusion that all new films will some day become the allegory of their own expression in the form of the synthesis of nostalgia and some new tendency. However, this creates another problem - artistic language and true historicity will coincide very rarely in the future. Nevertheless, despite the weakening of historicity, the past still remains tempting for a modern human and therefore the nostalgia methods are still being used actively in popular culture and different kinds of commercial art.

Abstract:
The article discusses the concept of the biosphere-compatible settlements, one of which is the idea of "garden city" E. Howard, in the embodiment of our country began, including in the settlement Prozorovskaya in Moscow. Uncontrolled urbanization has led to housing, environmental and other issues on the lives of people. At the beginning of the XXI century. the struggle for a healthy environment is an important responsibility, as a government, and active citizens. The development of the capital metropolis is impossible without constant monitoring of the urban environment. The author uses the deductive-axiomatic approach. In particular, the potential danger of using the axiom of manufacturing processes and equipment. The environment can no longer cope with the pressure of the city, which implies the need for harmonious interaction between human society and nature. The first step on the way to the biosphere-compatible city should become permanent environmental monitoring, the output of polluting industries, transportation problems, and, ultimately, limit the uncontrolled growth of cities. The urban environment is analyzed, including on the basis of a survey conducted by students of the Moscow State Construction University.

Abstract:
The subject of research is genesis of the theory of social values. The author pays special attention to a place of a problem of values in social philosophy, considers some aspects of an axiology. The theory of social values, according to the author, appears during an era of Antiquity and reaches a certain culmination in concepts of representatives of neokantian school who created culture philosophy as philosophy of values. Paying special attention to consideration of the theory of social values in Wilhelm Windelband's, Heinrich Rickert's and Nicolai Hartmann's works, objective and idealistic character of their theory of social values is emphasized. However in concepts of a neokantianstvo concepts of values were developed most deeply and originally. The methodology of research is connected with application of a comparative-historical way of research. The categorial and conceptual analysis of values is applied, the dialectic principle of unity of historical and logical development is used. Novelty of research is that the theory of social values is considered by means of interdisciplinary approach where conceptual and methodological opportunities of various branches of social knowledge unite: philosophies, anthropology, cultural science. The main conclusion is connected with that the principle of unity of sociocultural space and values is actual and demanded for modern Russian outlook, for development of technologies of formation of positive Russian cultural identity.

Abstract:
In the conditions of development of market economy the cultural and leisure sphere has to not only choose, but also itself to predict the perspective directions of the development. Mechanisms of such forecasting have the difficult structure connected with the main line of cultural policy. As the goal-setting of cultural and leisure activity is connected with the organization of leisure in the socially significant purposes, and need to carry out the qualified work on formation of actual demand for this type of free time is obvious today. The question of the qualified advance of a cultural product is rather problem today. One of the reasons (it is also a question of marketing) is the lack of the demanded cultural product directed on satisfaction and development of cultural requirements and interests of the personality. The second reason is connected with misunderstanding (more often ignorance) technologies of effective advance of this type of a product which is caused by specifics of the branch of cultural and leisure activity the organization of leisure within which, in turn, has the humanistic, culturological and developing character. The main method of research is the conceptual analysis of advertizing as the integrated marketing communication and specifics of advertizing in relation to cultural and leisure activity. The review of actual expert and information sources, critical consideration of the points of view and approaches existing in the academic science was applied. The major role in effective realization of idea of formation of actual demand for cultural leisure is occupied by various informative convincing technologies of advance. Modern advertizing is not only reflection of culture of society, but also itself is capable to participate in formation of this culture, including culture of consumption considerably. Advertizing promotes socialization of the person by means of broadcast of samples and norms via mechanisms of mass communication within which society realizes technological ways of production of social values. Professional approach to advance of a product of cultural and leisure activity and his consumer as persons, leads to awareness of need of application of new communicative technologies (advertizing, PR, etc.), capable to meet the requirements of modern society and: 1) to form actual demand for this type of spiritual production; 2) to create new needs of the personality, qualitatively influencing and defining spiritual and cultural life of society.

Abstract:
In research by means of associative experiment the modern understanding of semantic filling of the category "gender" in Krasnoyarsk student's subculture comes to light. As a result, based on results of the conducted researches, the image of the modern woman made of representations of modern Krasnoyarsk students about "female" and "man's" is simulated. "Man's" in this case it is considered as contrast through which understanding of the contents, moving by contradiction, it is possible to reveal additional characteristics of a female gender. Scientific research of social and psychological features of formation of gender images in the student's environment allows to predict some sociocultural processes in modern Russian society in the range of 10-15 years as during this period present students will become the active actors and creators defining social dynamics. The main method of research - associative experiment by Sokolov and Nazarov's technique. The obtained empirical data were generalized, and built in a graphic form. Generalization and interpretation of the received results allowed to draw certain conclusions about a tendency of formation of a gender female image in the modern student's environment. Specifics of a social and psychological image of a female gender at the end of XIX – the beginning of the XX century consist in the Russian society available many-sided images (options of a female gender) in which the corporality and spirituality dialectically coexist, various measure of a ratio carnal and spiritual – "a flesh spiritualizing" and "embodiment of the Spirit" is shown. Once again we will emphasize that the gender (a social floor) is result of interaction of various cultural and social institutes. Based on the analysis of data of the associative experiment made among representatives of Krasnoyarsk student's youth it is possible to conclude the following: in modern Russian society in the youth and student's environment the female gender which peculiar feature is the corporality dominant is formed.

Abstract:
At the Millennium Summit held in 2000 the General Assembly of the UN adopted the Millennium Declaration in which the Millenium Development Goals (MDG) were stated. These 8 goals concern the most actual problems of modern society – poverty, hunger, children's and maternal mortality, distribution of diseases, such as HIV/AIDS and malaria, gender inequality, environmental situtiation, lack of access to education, insufficiency support by international community of the least developed and developing countries. The Millenium Development Goals are to be reached by 2015. To get a better idea of progress in achievement of these goals, the author of the article outlined particular subregions on the world map because the level of social and economic development of countries varies even within one region. At the present time there are less than 3 years left till the due date mentioned in the Millennium Declaration, 2015. Progress in achievement of goals is obvious, however, it goes more slowly than it was planned. What is the probability of successful implementation of the most ambitious UN program in history?
