Abstract:
The subject of the research is the problem of monitoring and troubleshooting in distributed high-load systems. The most common mistakes in design and development, methods of their forecasting and solutions are described. In this article, the author describes the most popular tools that are currently used in the development of high-load systems and the main mistakes when working with them from a developer's point of view. This article describes a set of tools, the implementation of which can significantly reduce the time spent searching for vulnerabilities, describes the difficulties in choosing a set of metrics technologies - ELK / EFK, describes their advantages and disadvantages. The analogs of the tools used are analyzed in detail. The main conclusions in the work are:- the need to develop the infrastructure for monitoring the system from the beginning of the project development, due to which it is possible to correct the high complexity of the project at the stage of its development.- it is necessary to use the most popular tools for which there is a large amount of information in open sources, for example, on the Internet. This approach will reduce the time spent on fixing errors that can be caused by a specific set of tools.- the company needs not to save on highly qualified personnel, which in the future will save a lot of time on fixing problems, reduce the time for developing new functionality and allow spending a minimum of time to support and test the already developed functionality.- when analyzing problems, it is worth paying attention to public resources in which other companies, most likely, have already solved similar problems. For example, the Facebook company has been dealing with the monitoring problem for a long time and has developed a large number of tools to solve this problem. They also collect a large number of system records for analyzing the behavior of the system under any circumstances.

Abstract:
The subject of this article is on-board information control systems that ensure the movement of heavy vehicles in a convoy with the driver only in the first car, as well as cruise control systems, including adaptive and intelligent ones. The purpose of the article is the formation of the specified on-board system of a heavy truck, which includes both a set of algorithms and key functions that implement movement in a column, and a list of used categories of sensors. All considered functions are arranged hierarchically at three levels: strategic, tactical and operational. The study collected both theoretical and practical information provided by automakers, revealing the essential content of onboard information systems and cruise control. The novelty of the study lies in the fact that the model of intellectual cruise control has been improved, providing movement of heavy vehicles in a convoy, if there is a driver only in the first car. The proposed model includes the hierarchical architecture of the on-board information management system, key algorithms and sensors for its implementation.

Abstract:
The object of research in this work are the control systems of complex technical complexes. The subject of research is the methodology for developing control systems for complex technical complexes. The developed methodology for creating a control system for complex technical complexes is based on the idea of generating a sequence of mappings of conceptual models into infological models and, further, into datalogical models. Previously, the author presented conceptual and infological modeling and the mathematical models corresponding to these levels, as well as the relations between them, that is, mathematical categories. The developed methodology for creating a control system for complex technical complexes is based on the methods of the theory of mathematical categories. The categories presented in the datalogical representation have two levels of abstraction. The main findings of the study:1. A unified description of families of inhomogeneous mathematical models reflecting a different level of abstraction (generalization) at the stage of the datalogical presentation of subject problems makes it possible to create formulations for the general definition of models with a description of their structure.2. The developed method of datalogical modeling provides all the possibilities for providing customization on specific software and hardware tools for implementing a control system for complex technical complexes.

Abstract:
The subject of the research are approaches to the identification of structurally distributed and complex non-stationary technological objects of automated control. The object of study is a non-stationary automated control system. The authors consider in detail the approach of domain identification of objects of automated control based on key (control) points. Special attention is paid to the issues of determining the adequacy of the model for a non-stationary object of automated control. The proposed approach allows iteratively correcting (refining) the object model upon the occurrence of control points (significant changes in the parameters of a multifactorial environment). The main methods of research were used elements of system analysis, natural-mathematical modeling. Additionally, known identification methods were used, incl. using test influences and conversion math models. The main conclusion of the study is the statement that a complex non-stationary technological object cannot be adequately described by a single mathematical model, therefore the identification of such an object must be done several times. The novelty of the research lies in the use of new elements of the domain identification of non-stationary technological objects at the control points, which allows adapting the control to the conditions for changing the multi-factor environment.

Abstract:
The subject of the study is to obtain spanning trees for propagating traffic over broadcast channels using the known network topology and known routes. To solve this problem, a mathematical model is constructed in which the network topology is regarded as an undirected graph, but the described solution is also suitable for an oriented graph, where a separate direction is represented by a separate edge. The proposed solution does not require flexible scalability of the network, therefore, when changing the initial input parameters, it is necessary to repeatedly execute the sequence of algorithms described in the article. The development of the algorithm was carried out by an experimental-theoretical method using the mathematical model of a graph constructed from the known topology of the network and the compilation of spanning trees on its basis. The result of the presented work is in determining the necessary number of spanning trees for the optimal solution of the network routing problem. The novelty of this research is the possibility of applying the developed solution in the link-layer networks according to the OSI reference model, exclusively for broadcasting traffic of a given network topology.

Abstract:
Managing complex non-stationary systems is a non-trivial task. One of the conditions for effective control is the need to change and adjust the control algorithms under the changing operating conditions of automated systems. The article deals with the construction of control devices based on models of graph theory. As an object of research, approaches and methods of managing complex non-stationary systems are used. An approach based on the domain classification of the factors affecting the control object is considered. Management is considered with significant changes in environmental factors. As simulation methods, simulation and computer modeling were used, which allowed to evaluate the effectiveness of the proposed approaches and management methods. Also, methods of system analysis and modern algorithms on graphs were applied. The presented approach allows to take into account the changing behavior of the non-stationary control object when it is known that certain parameters and factors of the environment can influence this control. The mechanism of the finite state machine allows automatic switching of control algorithms depending on the situation. Studies have shown the expediency of using the proposed approach for the management of complex non-stationary automation systems.

Abstract:
Authors present a modified combined search method for solving the inverse problem of the kinematics of a multi-link manipulator under conditions of target motion. A genetic algorithm was used for the initial approximation to the goal and simplex search to improve the results of the genetic algorithm. Compensation of the effect of the movement of the target on the objective function is based on estimates of the drift of the target along each axis of the working space. These estimates were used to subtract the contribution of drift to the objective function, which improves search efficiency. The estimates were calculated by the recursive least squares method. Experiments were carried out on mathematical models of planar and spatial, kinematically redundant and non-redundant multi-link manipulators. The results showed that for all the above manipulators it is possible to plan the trajectory according to the position and orientation of the working member, and the constructed trajectories in the generalized coordinates are smooth and do not have abrupt changes. The combined search method finds the solution of the inverse kinematics problem for one iteration of the search procedure due to the global properties of the genetic algorithm and the efficiency of the simplex search.

Abstract:
The subject of the study is the formation of a radio network topology with placement of mobile radio stations, in which the total radiated signal power for radio stations will be minimized. The radiation power of signals for all radio stations and the coordinates for mobile radios are determined in the article, it is also assumed that the transmitting antennas of all radio stations have a circular pattern. To solve this problem, a mathematical model is constructed that has a number of assumptions that imply ideal conditions for the propagation of radio waves, as well as the location of radio stations in a Cartesian coordinate system. The development of the algorithm was carried out by an experimental-theoretical method, based on known facts of radio transmission and a mathematical solution of the Steiner problem for four and five vertices. The novelty of the study is the developed algorithm for determining the coordinates of mobile radio stations, as well as the radiation power of signals for stationary and mobile radios with a circular pattern of directionality. The result of the algorithm works is to determine the topology of the network and the range of operation of each radio station, which consumes the lowest radiation power of the transmitting antennas of radio stations.

Abstract:
Today alternative energy technologies are a well-established practice in the development of energy resources. The present article is devoted to a narrow aspect thereof, implementation of solar panels. Every year the number of solar panels put into commission increases by 25 - 35 %. The authors of the article offer their own solution in this sphere that allows to manage solar panels in real-time mode and provide for their automatic checkout and productivity analysis. Previous articles of the authors describe the development of the prototype hardware and the present article describes software methods and algorithms. The research method used by the authors to develop software is The Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP or Saaty Method). The scientific novelty of the research is caused by the fact that the authors develop the software for implementing methods and algorithms of mechatronic devices complex divided into two modules, service software and software support of the control module. Implementation of this software has allowed to complete the alignment of automated collection and accumulation of information based on set working parameters, visualisation of these parameters of solar battery accumulators and transformers working as part of the solar electroenergy module even when data is lost or damaged or when emergency occurs.

Abstract:
The object of study involves radio frequency planning when designing a radio network. The frequency allocation within the provided range is one of the key problems in radio networks, since when the frequency is incorrectly provided for the radio station, there may be the radio wave interference effect, and the information transfer becomes distorted. The article provides an algorithm for frequency planning, which may be used for providing frequency for the radio stations within radio networks, the algorithm involves circular pattern, known radio station coordinates and the emitted radio power. The development of the algorithm involved experimental theoretical method based upon the known facts regarding radio broadcast and result modeling, as well as use of software. The novelty of the study is due to the development of an algorithm for frequency planning when designing a radio network for a provided frequency resource for a radio station with the circular pattern, known coordinates and emitted radio power. The result of its application involves distribution of radio frequency with their dual use, while excluding interference effect.

Abstract:
The object of the study is software for walling temperature measurement. One of the manufacturers of devices for measuring the temperature of a walling is the company "Interpribor". It manufactures equipment designed to measure the heat flow and temperature. The equipment performs measurement of the temperature at different distances inside the wall n order to detect temperature differences. Finding moments of time with temperature differences is necessary to predict and prevent further the formation of condensation. Equipment of the given manufacturer has advantages in ease of sensors installation, highly scalable channel and low power consumption. The article consider the functional limitations of software used for calculations of walling thermal values. The authors investigate functional software solutions of "Terem-4" installed in temperature meter "Teplograph" for problems related to data access time during the measurements aimed at determining the steady state based on statistical data about the temperature of walling. In the studied software "Terem-4" requires interface modification in the presentation measurement and calculations of statistical data. The authors suggest the creation of a single database, improving the interface and linguistic software, and the implementation of additional functionality aimed at adding parameters. Developing a computer-aided walling design system is necessary to, first of all, for solving complex tasks of automation, control, monitoring and reporting of temperature in order to provide up- to-date information and the formation of the required heating loops for both facilities for the old fund and new building structures.

Abstract:
The article reviews the informational capabilities of software for professional cost analysis. None of the information agencies from the Russian market proves to have textbooks and manuals on their products for training financiers, analysts and evaluators. The present documentation is brief and fragmented; it does not disclose important features of the described software, multiple calculation modules, in particular, financial ratio analysis, the calculation of multipliers and many other. At the moment there is a contradiction: on the one hand, information systems are actively developing in Russian educational and financial sectors, installed in the leading universities of the country (HSE, Moscow State University, Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation), large and medium-sized financial companies and bands, but on the other hand subtends and specialists does not have educational aids to work with. This article consistently discusses the main tasks and requirements for information system for cost analysis, basics and architecture required for building such information system. The author describes features and functions needed by the financial analyst for the cost valuation. This article for the first time present main trends and possibilities for creating educational materials on information system for teaching students, training of financial analysts and scientists working in the field of finance. The author describes elements of information system meant to be used on each of the major stage of cost analysis and valuation. More than a half of financial Russian information market is occupied by foreign information agencies. Their products due to its large volume are localized into Russian by means of machine translations. Because of the low-quality of translation the working with them is very difficult. The presence of the manuals in Russian is a great help when working with the software.
