Abstract:
The article discusses the question of automated processing and analysis of the gels images gathered as a result of electrophoresis of samples containing products of polymerase chain reaction (PCR). The proposed approach allows to significantly increase the speed of the DNA-analysis. The authors state that one of the resource and time-consuming stages of the forming of initial data is the analysis of digital images of the results of chemical reaction. The article reviews the development of necessary theoretical methods and practical implementations of automated image analysis. It is noted that one of the resource and time-consuming stages of the forming of initial data is the analysis of digital images of the results of chemical reaction. The presented development of an automated system based on the methods of pattern recognition and analysis of digital images of gels allows to minimize the time-consuming operation performed manually and to increase the quality of the result. The article brings the algorithm for automated recognition and assigning of unique lines that define the field of primers and products of PCR. Comparative analysis of the manual methods and created approach shows that the automated system is one and a half order of values faster. The massive usage and accuracy of this method also increases the economic benefits from the use of this product.

Abstract:
The article examines functioning of the software agent during the process of internet competitions and the possibility of fraud associated with this process along with the ways to control the participants and ensuring the compliance of the rules of the competition. The author suggests the software-agent for remote participation in the competition and controlling its carrying out by integrating the agent with operation system for tracking the computer hardware configuration, running programs, input/output devices and interactions with the internet. The agent provides the use of asymmetric cryptographic standards of encoding for secure data transferring, monitoring and remote control of the participants. The agent takes into account the specifics of the internet competitions such as different time zones of the participants, differences in the hardware and software configuration, low bandwidth channel for communication with the server throughout the competition. The results may be used for different kinds of internet competitions with remote participation.

Abstract:
The article reviews the current state and perspectives of the evolvement of the electronic workflow systems in the activities of the law enforcement organizations of the Commonwealth of Independent States on the example of a multiservice network for secure exchange of criminalistics data between the Ministries of Internal Affairs (Polices) of the Commonwealth of Independent States. Information technologies provide rapid exchange of information between law enforcement agencies of the Commonwealth of Independent States. The multiservice network of the secure exchange of criminalistics data between the Ministries of Internal Affairs (Polices) of the Commonwealth of Independent States is a hardware-software complex that includes software and automated workplace for the specialist. Efficiency of the multiservice network is defined also by the amount of criminalistic data in the database, most actively filled by the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia , Belarus and Tajikistan. The author suggests the ways of improvement of the multiservice network for secure exchange of criminalistics data between the Ministries of Internal Affairs (Polices) of the Commonwealth of Independent States regarding maintenance the legal significance of procedural documents transmitted within the network through the use of electronic signatures.

Abstract:
This paper presents comparative analysis of the computer-aided systems for printed circuit plate desing P-CAD 2006 and Altium Designer 2012. The ideology of Altium Designer implies innovative approach to the designing of the electronic systems. The article shows main advantages and disadvantages of the printed circuit plate desing in the reviewed systems in the form of a summary table with results of the produced comparative analysis of the systems for computer-aided systems for printed circuit plate desing. The authors describe features of the design process in P-CAD and Altium Designer systems based on the experience of their usage. The Altium Designer is a system of a flow-through computer-aided design of circuit plates, which main distinctive features of the P-CAD system are the ability to design circuit plates on the integrated circuit programmable logic devise (FPLD) and tools for building of three-dimensional model of the board. The authors conclude that the comparison with P-CAD the Altium Designer system is a modern one and is more comfortable for the electronic devises desing. The unified approach of Altium Designer benefits provide a much higher level of design synchronization in comparison with the integrated technologies and tools such as P-CAD.
