Abstract:
The object of the present research is the corporate systems. The subject of the present research is the simulation modeling of the corporate systems. The author analyzes various kinds of simulation modeling such as discrete even simulation, system dynamics and agent-based modeling. The author focuses on the agent-based modeling and makes a hypothesis about this type of modeling being suitable for the corporate systems. In his article Bagrin gives the list of conditions under which the agent-based modeling should be applied. The author also describes peculiarities of the corporate systems and participants of corporate relations and compares them to the conditions of application of agent-based models. In order to find the type of modeling that would be suitable for corporate systems, the author has used analysis and deduction as the research methods. By using the analysis method, the author views participants of corporate relations as part of the corporate system. By using the induction method, the author concludes that the agent-based modeling is suitable for the corporate system because it suits elements of the system. As a result of the research, the following conclusions have been made: corporate systems could and should be modeled. However, at this point it is impossible to build the analytical model so simulation models should be used instead. Out of existing simulation models the agent-based models allow to take into account all significant features of corporate systems. Teh scientific novelty of the research is based on the fact that the author proves the suitability of agent-based models for corporate systems. The results of the present research can be used in further researches of the agent-based models of corporate systems.

Abstract:
The authors propose a new approach to the formation of the optimum structure of arable land as the most valuable land resources for agricultural activities. It is noted that in recent years the structure of sown areas of agricultural enterprises does not provide a sustainable economic impact and maintainence of soil fertility. It is revealed that enhanced on the basis of optimization calculations according to the criterion of "max profit" structure of arable land can not form a positive humus balance in soils of arable lands. On the other hand, cropping patterns, optimized according to the criterion "max humus", leads to a significant reduction in the level of profitability of agricultural production. Methodological basis of work was the principles of adaptive land-use and systematic approach. Specific research methods were used: system analysis, modeling, optimal compromise programming. It is shown that a variant of the structure of arable land defined simultaneously by two criteria of optimality, provides a cost-effective and environmentally-friendly land management in agricultural organizations. The study of this experience deserves great attention in present conditions the creation and implementation of farming systems and agricultural technologies of new generation for the purpose of conservation and reproduction of soil fertility, efficient use of natural resources potential of agricultural landscapes.

Abstract:
The subject of the research is the food market of the country functioning in the conditions of embargo action. It is revealed that any of the main components of food strategy of Russia isn't carried out in full. It is caused by primary support of large agricultural producers while small forms of agrobusiness need it, first of all. Low efficiency of anti-sanctions measures is proved, need of their cancellation is proved. It is also established that because of a low share of producers of agricultural raw materials in the price of finished goods, rural toilers have no sufficient motivation in increase in production and it is one of the reasons of shortage of the food in the country. A methodological basis of work were dialectic and system approach, and also econometric methods of research (abstract and logical, economical and statistical, etc.) . Justification of need of cancellation of preferential crediting of economic entities of agrarian and industrial complex because of a high corruption component of the mechanism of distribution of soft loans, and the direction of the released funds for decrease in a uniform credit rate for all agricultural producers therefore equal conditions of managing in branch will be created is result of research. New approaches in subsidizing of the created wholesale distribution centers at the heart of which priority formation of the municipal cooperative logistic centers in close proximity to agricultural producers, at 50% to the state support are offered. The received results of research can be used when forming food strategy at the federal and regional level in the conditions of geopolitical uncertainty.

Abstract:
The subject of the research is the factor set. The object of the research is the sphere of travel services. Tourism, having multilevel nature of activity affects practically all spheres of activity, as his use as the instrument of stimulation of social and economic development both on regional, and on national levels allows. The special attention is paid to the factors influencing the sphere of tourism: state regulation, places of stay, quality of the provided services, advertizing activity and others which are a basis of the offered model. Authors have offered methodology of creation of effective system of indicators of development in the sphere of travel business on rules of support of decision-making with use of the indistinct theory of sets and a method of the analysis of hierarchies. And an assessment of indicators the integrated factors, such as policy of the state are applied to construction; advertizing activity; attributes of the place of stay; quality of tourist services. Hybrid AHP-Fuzzy model as fundamentals of methodology of creation of effective system of indicators of development of the industry of tourism is developed. The analysis of system effectiveness of indicators on the basis of model of an indistinct logical conclusion, with use of a method of a variation of a factorial set with various dimensions of entrance factors is carried out. The methodology of an assessment of parameters offered in our work with use of indistinct and logical tools and expert estimation provides ranging of all factors and sub-factors defining efficiency of development of the sphere of tourism in Russia in modern international and social and economic conditions. The received results of expert research will be coordinated by the representations received from the review of literature. The weight of the main indicators of efficiency of development of the sphere of tourism, given above, clearly give answers to the main issues of this research, namely provide a clear and clear picture of actions to the Russian managers of tourism and marketing managers of travel agencies.

Abstract:
Object of research is formation of the system of the balanced indicators (SBI) as instrument of providing economic security of activity of the enterprise. Set of the theoretical and practical questions directed to increase of efficiency and providing economic security of activity of the enterprise acts as an object of research. In work as the author emergence and development of the concept of the SBI, types (generations) of the SBI, the applied special software of the SBI are analysed. The structure of the SBI and the maintenance of her indicators, the card and a matrix of the SBI are given. Features of application of the SBI in audit are unveiled. The special attention is paid to the SBI as to the instrument of communication in the course of implementation of transactions on merges and absorption. The fundamental provisions submitted in works of the Russian and foreign scientists have formed a methodological basis of research. In work system approach to the studied problems, and also general scientific and special methods of research are used: scientific abstraction, analysis and synthesis, induction and deduction, comparative analysis, group. The main conclusions of the conducted research are the following positions. The companies in the Russian market often face need to increase of competitiveness and stability of activity, by change of a control system of productivity and control. As one of tools it is possible to recommend the project of introduction of the SBI allowing to transfer strategy to the card and a matrix of the SBI and to reach break in management of efficiency. The SBI estimates efficiency of activity of business by means of the balanced combination of a financial and non-financial performance, proceeding from the following four prospects: finance, buyers, internal business processes, training and growth (employees). Scientific novelty of research consists in justification of a number of recommendations for successful implementation of the sBI project:1. definition of mission, vision, strategy of business activity;2. the choice like (generation) of the SBI, four - or two-perspective model;3. creation of cause and effect model (SBI card) on the basis of interrelation of mission, vision, strategy with four (finance, buyers, internal business processes, training and growth (employees)) or two prospects (activity and result; 4. creation of a strategic map of the SBI (the SBI matrix) on the basis of association of strategic objectives, the measured indicators, target values of these indicators, actions for achievement of the objectives and target values of indicators on four prospects;5. installation special program providing (business intelligence), providing transformation of separate and incomparable data in information and knowledge, fast access to actual information on productivity indicators. 6. application of GOST ISO 9001:2011 "Quality management system – Requirements" as a platform for effective statement of the sBI , the intermediary at coordination of processes in the direction of strategic thinking. 7. carrying out audit of the SBI, as the service in special tasks accompanying audit, for implementation of an independent, objective assessment how efficiency of processes in the company, and also quality and compliance of data which at the same time are used is traced.

Abstract:
The research article is devoted to consideration of features of the Quality standard of activity of banks when restructuring debt natural persons (Standard). The scope of research covers practice of the Russian banks. Work purpose: to reveal whether use and introduction of the Standard in Russia is possible and to define the directions of his change. Relevance of consideration of this subject is caused by need of borrowers for the high-quality and in due time carried out restructuring that is explained низикм by the level of infrastructure of the help to the borrower in Russia. In work the volume of prolongations in some Russian banks is presented. Distortion and understating of the submitted data is as a result revealed. In the course of research methods of collecting and the analysis of information, sistematization, the analysis of the actual documentation, empirical, etc. have been used. The conclusion is drawn on impossibility of introduction of the Standard without his joint development with the Central Bank. It is noted that introduction of the maximum terms of restructuring of debt, and also determination of quality of the restructuring provided by banks positively will affect further work of bank with clients. However the state fixing of the maximum terms of restructuring depending on types of the credits along with providing unconditional restructuring of the credits to borrowers of the right within these terms can appear much more effective.
