Abstract: The article is devoted to the study of the role of question-answer procedures in modern communication conditions. The subject of the study is question-answer procedures. The article explains one of the main distinctions for the topic of the study - the concepts of "ignorance" and “lack of knowledge”. Particular attention is focused on identifying and clarifying the role of the question in modern communication: the characteristics / attributes of the question in modern communication are identified; logical and rhetorical aspects of questions are analyzed; the key concept of "interrogative" for the formal description of questions in logic is clarified; the specificity of the logical basis of the question is shown; the difference between logical and grammatical subjects and predicates is shown; cognitive and manipulative functions of questions are formulated. The article clarifies the meaning of the concept of "communicative goal", and also proposes a variant of dividing questions into correct and incorrect depending on the communicative goal. The article proposes a classification of incorrect questions and a method for answering questions of different types in both personal and professional communicative interaction; general recommendations for response procedures are provided, and types of correct and incorrect answers are demonstrated and analyzed.
The article uses methods of comparative and contextual analysis, generalization, classification, and the logical method. The text is accompanied by visual, expressive examples, which allows the reader to better understand the main ideas of the study. The article will be useful for both students, postgraduates studying rhetoric, argumentation theory, communication techniques, and a wide range of readers.

Abstract: This article is dedicated to such type of communication technology as inappropriate arguments. Special attention is given to clarification of the key concepts of the topic – “argumentation”, “appropriateness”, “inappropriateness”, and “context”. The original classification is provided to the types of inappropriate arguments. The author reveals the contextual peculiarities of using different types of inappropriate arguments; analyzes the specificity of using inappropriate arguments; as well as offers possible countering mechanisms. Particular examples of using incorrect arguments are confirmed by links to recorded live dialogues. The article employs the methods of intent analysis and comparative analysis. The Russian tradition of studying the theory and practice of argumentation features a number of research that touch upon the problem of inappropriate arguments. However, the study of arguments is just a part of the whole variety of communication technologies. The novelty of this work consists in the centralized, systematized presentation of the assemblage of variations of inappropriate arguments. The types of inappropriate arguments are illustrated on the specific examples from literature, cinematography, cultural -historical, social and political spheres of society. The acquired results can be valuable for the development of lecture courses on the theory and practice of argumentation, students majoring in philosophy, and audience interested in modern research dedicated to communication technologies.

Abstract: For all years of judgment of a problem of creativity of people faces a number of problems: who acts as the subject of creativity, is creativity conscious process, or originates in the unconscious; from where the person scoops resources for creativity; what criteria of an assessment of creative process, whether creativity and if it is possible how is possible to measure? In article it is about a role of logical and intuitive aspects in the course of creating scientific work on the example of classical science. In this article the author uses the following methods of research: comparative and historical analysis, analogy, classification, generalization, synthesis. In article it is shown that in the course of scientific creativity logiko-rational and intuitive aspects mutually supplementing each other form uniform harmonous system. And if by means of logical tools the scientist accumulates and develops knowledge that allows to make continuous and uniform motion to certain results, thanks to intuition and the intellectual sensitivity accompanying it there is a transfer of information in area realized, the interpretation of images promoting specification and justification of the theory in general; break as a result of the saved-up experience/knowledge.
