Abstract: The object of the research of the scientific article is the tactical basics of handling firearms during fire training.
The subject of the study is the methods that develop the tactical basics of firearm ownership in the training of fire training.
The aim of the study is to identify the most effective methods for conducting fire training classes aimed at developing tactical skills in handling firearms. Research objective is to determine the most effective and accessible methods in the process of handling firearms.
The practical significance of the conducted research is to identify the most effective methods for training fire training, necessary for practical application. At the same time, attention is paid to strict compliance with safety measures when handling both training and combat weapons. The methodology of the conducted research is determined by its purpose and objectives. It is based on a systematic approach to the study of methods of training police officers in the practical use of firearms. The novelty of the scientific article lies in the development of author's methods in the study and testing of tactical actions of cadets and students of educational organizations of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in the handling of firearms during practical training. The training exercises were practically tested during the training of cadets and trainees at the initial stage of the practical part of fire training, during the development of tactical skills, it was carried out both idling and during combat shooting from small arms. The development of tactical actions with firearms allowed the trainees to form confident practical skills in handling firearms, which in turn affected the increase in the level of general discipline and the readiness of employees to act in practice.

The purpose of the study is to identify the most effective methods for conducting fire training classes aimed at developing handling skills of the students.
Research aim is to determine the most effective and accessible methods in the process of handling automatic firearms.
The practical significance of the conducted research consists in identifying the most effective methods for fire training training, necessary for practical application.
At the same time, attention is paid to strict compliance with safety measures when handling both training and combat weapons during training. The methodology of the conducted research is determined by its purpose and objectives. It is based on a systematic approach to the study of methods of training police officers in the practical use of firearms. The novelty of the scientific article lies in the development of author's methods in the study and testing of tactical actions of cadets and students of educational organizations of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in the handling of automatic firearms during fire training. When practicing tactical skills, actions with automatic firearms were carried out both idling and during live firing.
The training exercises were practically tested during the training of cadets and trainees at the stage of the practical part of fire training. The development of tactical actions allowed the trainees to form confident practical skills in handling automatic firearms, which in turn affected the increase in the level of general discipline and the readiness of employees to act in practice.

Abstract: The subject of the research of the scientific article is the peculiarities of the process of formation of the educational and pedagogical base in educational institutions of the fire department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the USSR in the 60-70 years of the XX century on the territory of the Irkutsk region. A brief analysis of the transformation of structural units of educational and pedagogical orientation is given, and a list of heads of educational cycles and departments is indicated at the stage of formation and development of the Irkutsk Fire Technical School of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the USSR, as well as the Irkutsk branch of the Higher Engineering fire Technical School of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the USSR. The research methodology includes a concrete historical approach (M.V. Astakhov, I.D. Kovalchenko, V.F. Kolomiytsev, A.P. Pronstein, etc.), as well as generalization, comparison, synthesis, classification, concretization; analysis of archival documents, legislation and scientific literature; retrospective analysis; method of historical analogies. The novelty of this scientific article lies in the fact that during the scientific research, historical and pedagogical sources, archival data describing in detail the history of the formation and development of the structure of the educational and methodological base in educational institutions of the fire department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the USSR were identified and summarized. The conducted research is of interest to a wide range of readers, since the study of educational, pedagogical, structural and organizational activities in educational institutions of the fire department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the USSR is a very important component in the study of the formation and development of departmental education of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the USSR in the territory of the Baikal region in the XX century. The scientific article analyzes the features of the implementation of pedagogical activity at the stage of formation of educational institutions of the fire profile. Examples of professional development of educational and structural units of cycles and departments of these educational institutions are considered, indicating the academic disciplines taught. The list of heads of these structural divisions at the stage of formation and development of the Irkutsk Fire Technical School and the Irkutsk branch of the Higher Engineering fire Technical School of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the USSR is considered.

Abstract: The object of the research of this scientific article is the modeling of stress factors in students during fire training and ways to overcome them. The subject of the research is the psychological and pedagogical methodology of overcoming stress factors in the process of their modeling during fire training and ways to overcome these psychological phenomena. The purpose of the scientific article is to identify the most effective methods and methods of conducting fire training classes, which will be aimed at developing skills to overcome stress when handling firearms and ammunition. At the same time, attention is paid to strict compliance with safety measures when handling both training and combat weapons during training.The practical significance of the research carried out within the framework of this scientific article is to identify the most effective methods in overcoming the stressful states of students during fire training, necessary for practical application.
The methodology of the conducted research is determined by its purpose and objectives. It is based on a systematic approach to the study of methods of training police officers in overcoming stressful conditions when using firearms. The research methodology used in writing the scientific article was implemented using the following methods:
- structural and substantive analysis of scientific papers devoted to the topic of this study;
- synthesis of the practical experience of police officers and regulatory legal acts on the topic of the study;
- testing of the proposed methods of modeling extreme situations in fire training and ways to overcome them with students of study groups during practical classes.

Research methodology employs a specific historical approach (M. V. Astakhov, I. D. Kovalchenko, V. F. Kolomiytsev, A. P. Pronstein, etc.), as well as summary, comparison, synthesis, classification, concretization; analysis of archival documents, legislation and scientific literature; retrospective analysis; and method of historical analogies. The scientific novelty consists in detection and generalization of the historical sources and archival data that contain detailed information on the establishment and development of the structure of academic divisions in fire service training schools of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the USSR. Abstract: The subject of this research is the process of establishment and development of the Irkutsk branch of Krasnoyarsk Special Secondary School of Militia of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the USSR from 1989 to 1991 and its subsequent professional pedagogical transformation. Detailed analysis is conducted on the historical-pedagogical peculiarities of the recruitment of academic staff of the branch at the initial stage. The author examines the question of professional characteristics in implementation of educational, line training, service and combat activity of nonpermanent and permanent staff of the school. Research methodology leans on the specific historical approach (M. V. Astakhov, I. D. Kovalchenko, V. F. Kolomiytsev, A. P. Pronstein, etc.), as well as generalization, comparison, synthesis, classification, concretization; analysis of archival documents, legislation and scientific literature; retrospective analysis; and method of historical analogies. In the course of research, the author determines and analyzes the factors that affected the establishment and development of the Irkutsk branch of Krasnoyarsk Special Secondary School of Militia of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the USSR during the transformation of the political system in Russia. The peculiarities of implementation of pedagogical activity at the initial stage of educational institution are analyzed. The article provides the examples of interaction between the cadets and staff members of the branch with practical divisions. This topic draws the attention of wide audience due to the fact that in the XX century, the establishment and development of departmental education of system of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the USSR in the territory of Baikal region has become a seminal event for the educational system of the entire Siberian region.

Abstract: The subject of this research is the development of stress management methods for students in preparatory stage of firearms training. The object of this research is the formation of psychological resilience and improvement of firearms handling skills among the students of educational institutions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation. Special attention is given to individual and group approaches towards working with students of training groups at the preparatory stage as the basis for successful completion of the course of firearms training. Emphasis is placed on implementation of stress management techniques in to the practice of firearms training classes throughout the entire training course. The author develops the most effective methods of psychological and pedagogical correction of learning activity of the students of educational institutions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation at the stage of formation of firearms handling skills. Particular attention is turned to approbation of such anti-stress techniques for psychological stimulation of students during firearms training classes. The use of these techniques allowed prompted the development of solid skills of firearms hanging and successful stress management in a short period of time. Special focus is made within the framework of teaching stress management techniques is made self-analysis. Research methodology leans on the comprehensive approach towards examining the methods of preparing internal affairs officers. Practical importance of this research lies in development of the most effective methods for acquisition of firearms handling skills.

Abstract: The subject of this article is the peculiarities of process of cadets training in the Irkutsk Fire Technical School of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the USSR during the period of 1973–1976. The research covers the instructional-pedagogical transformation of cadets since their enrollment until graduation. The author indicates the organizational-methodological characteristics of the stage of enrollment into Irkutsk Fire Technical School of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the USSR. The article reviews the subjects taught in each course of study, as well as determines the best training groups in the school. Analysis is conducted on quantitative changes in the composition of cadets by training courses. The article examines the question of professional peculiarities of training, line, service and fighting activities of alternating staff of the school. The scientific novelty consists in analysis of the factors that impacted the transformation of quantitative and qualitative composition of training course under review (1973–197). The article is first to examine archival data of the activity the specific historical-pedagogical object of research, such as the cadets training course of 1973–1976. The specificities of carrying out pedagogical activity as a crucial factor in training of firefighters are analyzed. The research is interesting to a broad audience due to the fact that examination of instructional and training activity of Irkutsk Fire Technical School of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the USSR is an important element in studying the establishment and development of departmental system of education of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the USSR in the territory of Baikal Region in the XX century.

Abstract: The research subject is the methods, instruments and ways of inculcating weapon handling skills in the internal affairs bodies personnel. The research object is the formation and improvement of weapon handling skills of internal affairs agents. The author attempts to develop the most effective algorithm of giving weapons practice classes in a shooting gallery. The author emphasizes the importance of psychological and physical condition of a group of students and each student. Special attention is given to self-examination in gun shooting. The research methodology is determined by the research goal and tasks. It is based on the system approach to studying the methods of preparing the personnel for actions during their service. The practical importance of the study consists in the development of the most effective ways of gaining weapon handling skills. The author also suggests using the methods from the experience of internal affairs agents, including psychological resistance formation, during weapons practice.
