Abstract: The subject of this research is the quality of life of the indigenous minorities of the North Siberia – Dolgans and Nganasans residing in rural localities of Khatanga District of Krasnoyarsk Krai. The goal of this work is the analysis of differentiation of the subjective perception of quality of life by various segments of population residing in remote localities of the North Arctic zone of Krasnoyarsk Krai. The authors apply the developed methodology for comparative analysis of quality of life of residents of remote districts of the central taiga zone of Siberia. Methodological foundation contains a set of theoretical scientific methods, analysis of empirical data, results of surveys, observation and interviewing of the indigenous minorities in places of their residence. The scientific novelty consists in implementation of the effective method of assessment of quality of life of the communities living in harsh north environment and relating to the category of indigenous minorities of Siberia. In determination of differentiation of the various population groups in accordance with objective and subjective assessment of quality of life, the authors reveal the level of content with the quality of education, level of safety, activity of the local government, material wellbeing, quality of services in cultural sphere, environmental situation in the district, and quality of medical care.

Abstract:  
The subject of this research is the quality of life of the indigenous peoples of Northern Siberia – the Chalyms, who dwell on the territory of the village settlements of Pasechnoye and Chindat of the Tyukhtetsky Municipal District of Krasnoyarsk Krai. The goal of this work consists in the analysis of differentiation of the various social segments residing in the remote district of northern Krasnoyarsk Krai in accordance with the objective and subjective assessment of their living standards. The task lies in approbation of the developed methodology of comparative analysis of living standards of the remote districts population of the northern and central taiga zone of Siberia. The main methodological base is comprised by the group of theoretical scientific methods, associated with the analysis of empirical data as a result of questionnaire, survey, observation, and interview of the indigenous peoples of the aforementioned territories. The scientific novelty is defined by the development and testing of the efficient method of apprehension and assessment of living standards of the population living in the harsh northern conditions and referred to as indigenous peoples of the North. In the context of differentiation of the various social segment using the objective and subjective assessment of the quality of life, the author applied the statistical data, as well as determines the level of content with the quality of education, safety, activity of the local self-government, financial wellbeing, quality of rendered services in the area of  culture, environmental situation in the region,  and level of healthcare quality.
 

Abstract: The subject of this research is the theoretical grounds of the beginning of establishment of professional competencies among high schoolers. The article reveals the essence of methodology on determining the level of correlation between the choice of profession among schoolers, desire of their parents, and teachers’ opinion. Phased training of teenagers aimed at self-identification skills in professional sphere, as well as formation of the image of their professional future amount to guiding how to structure their life goal. The author substantiate a high level of importance of the early establishment of professional competencies among high school students. The presented methodology alongside the analysis of professional portfolio of high school student can be used for structuring the further individual educational trajectory for acquiring necessary knowledge, competencies, and skills that can be required in the future professional activity. The proposed methodology helps forming the platform for the future development of educational trajectory of the high schoolers considering their individual portfolio.
