Abstract: The subject of this research is the new methods for improving the efficiency of Zabbix monitoring systems for the computational infrastructure of the universal infocommunication commutator, built upon the principle of globally distributed computational complex using the information cloud technologies. The object of this research is the globally distributed computational system of RingCentral corporation (USA), which is based on the technology of hybrid information cloud deployed in over a hundred data storage and processing centers in all large economic and geographical zones, which provides universal infocommunication services, including video and audio conferences, virtual stationary automated telephone, and organization of call centers. Design and improvement of infocommunication cloud platforms, which provide universal communication services is a complex scientific, technical and economic problem; without its solution it is impossible to create information infrastructure with the service quality indicators that meet the demands of the society. This problem is of particular relevance in the context of worldwide sanitary-epidemiological pandemic of coronavirus, since part of the production processes was switched to remote work, and is executed without physical presence of administrative and technical personnel at the enterprises of national economy. This entailed a decline in the efficiency of networks and quality of customer service in certain infocommunication companies due to excessive nominal loads on the information network, and this, the failure of crucial nodes of user traffic processing.

Abstract: The subject of scientific research presented in this publication is a logical model and computer-computing infrastructure, including specialized software used to build a management database, determine, record and verify versions of deployed software and configurations of all computing elements, as well as a description of the relationships between these elements in globally distributed cloud information systems. The object of this study was chosen globally-distributed cloud information production infrastructure with numerous service equipment and large data flows of the company RingCentral (USA). The author of the article examines in detail the main aspects of the organization of the effective maintenance of the information cloud environment consisting of tens of thousands of virtual servers. Special attention is paid to the developed methods of integration of disparate computing systems containing reliable data about the information environment, but not intersecting among themselves. The developed methods for constructing a database of configuration parameters management in information systems were presented in the form of reports and presentations at international scientific seminars and conferences, where the scientific novelty and effectiveness of the proposed methods for servicing the globally distributed cloud information processing complex were noted. The use of the developed methods in RingCentral, has reduced the current costs associated with the organization of maintenance of the globally distributed information complex as a whole by thirty percent.

Abstract: The subject of the research is new software releases and subsequent restrictions on the intensity of installing new software releases for modern cloud services, which are complex globally distributed computing systems that require continuous maintenance. The object of the research is the globally distributed cloud computing system of RingCentral (USA). The authors consider in detail the important criteria for business in the transition to a cloud service, including the levels of availability of modern information services for globally distributed computing systems, taking into account the growing number of changes in them. The article proposes a new method of experimental calculation of the maximum intensity of installation and software updates in cloud information systems without degrading the quality of information services. With the increasing degree of functional decomposition of cloud systems and the number of servers, the issue of assessing the intensity of software changes for globally distributed computing systems becomes urgent. The proposed method allowed the authors to efficiently serve RingCentral's global cloud information system without interruption in its operation.
