Abstract: The subject of this article is the critical analysis of current state of the concept of human rights, primarily with regards to its rapid mutation based on the gender theory. Attention is turned to the fact that back in the late XX century, the image of human alongside the concept of human rights were founded on the traditional Western idea of humanism. At the present stage, the concept of human rights undergoes drastic changes via instruments of international law. And, at times, without due circumspection. The author believes that most boldly this trend is reflected in the attempts of recognition of child’s right to choose gender identity and sexual orientation. The conclusion is made in the unacceptability of such transformation for Russia. The scientific novelty lies in the analysis of little known international legal documents that pretend to drastic transformation of human image and the concept of human rights. In addition, leaning on the conducted analysis and examination of the historical dynamics of mutation of the doctrine of human rights, the author underlines the need of the Russian Federation to defend the traditional approach towards human right, which is founded on the classical ideas of humanism, in the context of peculiarities of the national and confessional composition of the Russian society, its sociocultural and other historical characteristics.  

Abstract: The object of this research is the public relations associated with the constitutional-interpretational role of the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation within the national legal system. The article also examines the process of institutionalization by the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation pf traditional family values within the framework of opposing to the established “gender-tolerant” social trend in the Western countries. The author provide the extensive sociological material that representatively reflects the relation of Russian citizens to various family questions of motherhood, fatherhood, and childhood. Examination of such sociological material integrates with the analysis of practice of the Constitutional Court. The scientific novelty consists in substantiation of presence of the traditional (conservative) value trend regarding family among the Russian citizens, as well as revelation of the mechanism of institutionalization of such trend by the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation. Sociological data that confirm the proposed by the author hypothesis are of high of relevance and representation, and are yet to be analyzed from the perspective of science of the constitutional law.

In addition to that, the author examines the process of institutionalization of the traditional family values by the Constitutional Court in the context of opposition to the forming “gender-tolerant” social trend in the Western countries. In justification of his hypothesis, the author suggests an extensive sociological material, which representatively reflects an attitude of the Russian citizens towards various issues pertaining to family, motherhood, fatherhood, and childhood. Examination of the presented sociological material is correlated to the analysis of jurisdiction of the Constitutional Court. The scientific novelty consists in explanation of the presence of a traditional (conservative) value trend in the area of family among the citizens of Russia, as well as in determination of an institutionalization mechanism of this trend by the CCRF. The author is first to analyze such sociological data from the perspective of the constitutional legal science.

Abstract: The author analyzes the legal and political aspects of creation of the Federal service of National Guard Troops of the Russian Federation as a factor of counteraction to hybrid threats to Russia’s security. Special attention is paid to the non-classical methods and ways of influence on Russia’s national security. The author analyzes the genesis of G. Sharp’s concept of non-violent political struggle and its role in the contemporary political crises – “color revolutions”. The author studies the structure of “color revolutions”, the peculiarities of using “soft power” in the attempts to destabilize the competitive political regimes. The paper studies the Russian conceptual methods of hybrid wars prevention. The research methodology is based on the multidisciplinary approach combining the analysis of legal and political aspects of the research subject. The author applies general scientific and specific research methods. The novelty of the study consists in the multidisciplinary approach combining the legal and political analysis of the topic in question helping to avoid the cognitive scantiness of a narrow specialization. The proposed analysis is one of the first attempts at understanding the creation of National Guard in Russia. The author concludes that the main purpose of its creation is the state’s will to counteract hybrid attacks on the political system of Russia, including the so-called “color revolutions”.
