Abstract: The aim of this research is to analyze the structure of personal innovative potential based on the theoretical analysis and empirical research. The object of the research is personal innovative potential. The subject of the research is the structure of personal innovative potential in terms of typological approach. The research is based on typological approach to studying personality based on the ideas of C. Jung, Meyers, and D. Keirsey. The authors give an insight into researches of personal innovative potential and describe this construct in relation to similar constructs such as 'innovative personality' and 'personal innovative potential'. The research methods include the following: 1. Theoretical analysis of sources. 2. Psychological testing with the use of such tests as KTS offered by Keirsey, Tolerance to Uncertainty offered by S. Badner, tests Evaluation of Personal Creativity and Evaluation of Divergent Thinking by F. Williams, Personal Innovative Potential Self-Evaluation Scales (N. Lebedeva and A. Tatarko), Problems of Real World Inventory of R. Sternberg. 3. Mathematical method, in particular, correlation analysis with the use of non-parametric Spearman's Rs-criterion. As a result of the research, the athors have defined personal innovative potential as an integrative characteristic that reflects the combinaton of interrelated individual psychological traits that contribute to the generation and realisation of new ideas, tolerance to uncertainty, craetivity, readiness for risk and active actions. These characteristics can be divided into four components: cognitive, motivational, behavioral and value-based. Motivational and cognitive elements are the most important in the structure of personal innovative potential. Noteworthy that the picture of 'innovativeness' is different for different temperaments. From the point of view of the structure of personal innovative potential, idealistic temperament (as defined by D. Keirsey) is the most innovative.

Abstract: The object of the research is the talent, the subject of the research is psychological and pedagogical support of gifted students at universities. The authors of the article provide results of the questionnaire that was developed to discover gifted young people as part of the School of Talent project. The concept of the psychological and pedagogical support program is based on the model of J. Renzulli and the idea of diversified potential of talent offered by E. Romanova. Special attention is paid to the description of the means of psychological and pedagogical support of gifted students including the ones that imply psychological training. The main research methods include theoretical method (analysis of researches on the matter), questionnaire survey aimed at finding those who may participate in the project, and psychological tests, in particular, modified version of the creativity inventory of D. Johnson (adopted by E. Tunik). The authors also desribe the experiment that is planned to be carried out as part of the project. Based on the results of the questionnaire survey, the majority of academically successful students have demonstrated the psychomotor (83%) and intellectual (73%) talent. Most of participants evaluate their own creativity level as high or very high (52 % of respondents). As a result, 81 potential participants of the School of Talent have been discovered. From the point of view of psychological and pedagogical support, the most promising talents are, according to the authors of the article, intellectual, social and artistic talent because the development of sports and academic talents requires a more intensive teamwork and interaction with coaches and teachers.

Abstract: The object of the research is socialization as a process. The subject of the research is the determinants of socialization of adolescents from one-parent families and two-parent families. The hypothesis of the research is that there are some differences in the determinants of the socialization between adolescents from one-parent families and two-parent families, in particular, the author supposes that the psychological content of the relations in the group 'teenager - parents' is more versatile and positive in two-parent families wihle personal traits that complicate communicatoin in the group 'teenager - peers' are more frequently demonstrated by teenagers from one-parent families. The research took place in Novosibirsk Region and covered 3 secondary schools of Novosibirsk and 2 secondary schools of Novosibirsk Region. The research was carried out in 2013-2016. The total number of participants was 185 aged 13-16 y.o. (93 boys and 92 girls). There were 113 teenagers from two-parent families and 72 teenagers from one-parent families. The sample has been divided into 3 groups according to the used set of diagnostic tools. The data of this research confirms the author's hypothesis that there are differences in the process of the socialization of adolescents from different family types. The described results proves the influence of external determinants (interpersonal relationships in a social system “teenager-parents”) on a socialization of teenagers from one-parent and two-parent families. Besides the differences in external determinants, there were found some internal determinants (individual traits: interpersonal anxiety, verbal hostility, negativism, extraversion, rigidity, sensitivity, aggression and emotiveness) which are differerent according to family structure. The author has an opinion that all negative effects of the incomplete structure of family can be compensated by developing necessary skills (for example, communicative and organizational skills).
