Abstract: At the present stage, when the development of material means of transformation of the surrounding world substantiates the possibilities of the antithetical scenarios of evolution of the planetary socio-natural Universe, the extreme relevance gain the forecasting and practical functions of social sciences, which are called to adequately reflect the changes that take place in society, as well as aim at the positive solution of the new drastically new issues arising before them. The modern social sciences, remaining in the grip of the old-fashioned worldview paradigm, are unable to handle this task. Determination of the conceptual fruitlessness of social sciences should encourage the overcoming of their stagnation. The scientific, historical-philosophical, and specific-historical methods of analysis of conception and development of the Russian philosophy and social sciences in Russia, as well as methodology of paradigm shift of Thomas Kuhn, allow defining the actual reasons of the conceptual fruitlessness of socio-humanitarian sciences that take their roots in the uncritical borrowing of the Western theories of social development, organization of the Russian science and education, and their ideological bias and niche specialization of the social scientists. The sensory-visual change of the human place and role in being of the planetary socio-natural Universe justifies the crucial need for the drastic transformation of the dominant worldview paradigm, which will inevitably lead to the qualitative reformation of the entire combination of the paradigm concepts of social sciences, as well as contribute into their development in a completely new direction for the purpose of achieving the practical goal of the limitless development of a human in space and time.

Abstract: The goal of this work is to determine the place of post-industrial society in evolution of the planetary socio-natural Universe from the position of the prospects for future development of humanity. According to the formational concept, the post-industrial society is a capitalist society at the stage of change of productive forces that are adequate for the era of classic capitalism. The replacement of the mechanical working tools by the objects and processes of nanolevel leads to the establishment of a qualitatively new technological way of production, which drastically changes the place and role of a modern human in nature and society, space and time. Because of nanotechnologies, a separate person becomes a factor that is able to change the evolution of planetary whole, and the society attains ability to ensure its limitless existence in space and time. However, the fundamental constants of capitalist society (private ownership of the means of production, trade and financial relations, surplus value as the goal of production, etc.) subject the use of nanotechnologies to the purpose for making profit, which questions their humanistic potential and justifies the escalation of global issues, provokes alienation and infantile existence of people, as well as limits the achievement of the ideals of the Modernity and Enlightenment. In light of the establishing of the new worldview paradigm and formation methodology, the future of humanity is seen not on the path of post-industrial modernization, but is associated with a fundamental transformation of social mode of production. Such vision of the future of post-industrial society targets social science towards searching the actual ways of humanistic orientation evolution of the planetary socio-natural whole.

Abstract: The subject of the research is the education and upbringing or the system of cultivation of human and his socialization in Russia which presently does not satisfy the requirements set by the modern development of productive forces for the level of intellectual and social maturity of human. With the help of nanotechnologies, an individual becomes the force that can change the evolution of the planetary socionatural Universum. This situation demands a drastic change of the entire system of personal education and upbringing as well as new worldviews regarding the place and the role of human in the nature and society. Based on statistical data, the author's expert evaluation, researches of famous specialists and comparative analysis of the system of education during the Soviet Union, perestroika and contemporary periods, the author describes drawbacks of the process of cultivation within the family, schools and universities. Special attention is paid to the ability of educators, school and university teachers to raise intellectually and socially mature and creative members of the society who are capable of understanding their place and role in the nature and society and providing further development of human and society. According the author, the main reason of the non-conformity of the system of cultivation of human is the postmodern value orientations rather than the low quality of teachers' training or lack of modern equipment at schools or universtities. Postmodern society needs an easily manipulated individual who is ready for performing narrow professional functions without critical re-evaluation of his role in the nature and society but not versatile personality. The results of the present research can be helpful for those who search for drastic changes of the system of education and upbringing.
