Abstract: The subject of this research is the key positions of Plato’s philosophy of creativity in its relation to science. The author examines the basis categories of this theory alongside the definition of creativity, as well as analyzes the structure of creation of cosmos, structure of origination of innovations, and establishment of innovation in academic discussions. The interrelation of the modern academic programs in natural science with Plato’s philosophy of creativity is determined. The article conducts a comparative analysis of the paradigm of global evolutionism and creativity, as well as reveals the information communication mechanism of origination of innovations in science leaning on the conceptual analysis of Plato’s theory. The scientific novelty consists in the fact that the aforementioned theory of Plato contains and reconstructs the main principles of creativity, which play an important role in formation and development of research programs of the modern science. It is demonstrated that the origination and evolution of all objects takes place due to the existence of specific information programs that express the fundamental creativity of the nature. It is stated that Plato’s philosophy of creativity remains relevant, because it allows modelling and correcting the modern forms of collective discussions, considering constant expansion of their scale based on the new technical opportunities of the means of communication.

Abstract: The subject of this research is the G. W. Leibniz’s doctrine about the monads. The work reconstructs the main informative and conceptual creative approaches of the doctrine from the perspective of their importance for the modern philosophy and science. As the key conceptual elements, the author analyzes and uses the new linguistic forms: “metaphysical creative inputs”, “research metaphysical programs”, “creative approaches of metaphysics”. The creative inputs of metaphysics can be followed in methodological, ontological, gnoseological, and axiological aspects. It is underlined and these creative inputs as the fundamental information principles are ultimate and antecedent with regards to all other principles of the spiritual, theoretical, and practical activity. The author uses the new method of hermeneutic dialectics that allows determining the historical importance of Leibniz’s doctrine about the monads, as well as the logical connection of his ideas with the modern theories in cosmology. The scientific novelty lies in the fact, that in his doctrine Leibniz reveals and reconstructs the new essential creative inputs – substantial pluralism, discretization of the infinite continuum of the universe, its hierarchical organization and animateness of each element, as well as the principles of general distinction and identification of things. It is demonstrated that the contemporary cosmologists, promoting the anthropic principle (in a strong or weak version), in essence reformulate Leibniz’s creative approach about the nothing and something – why this particular world exists, which we observe and study.

Abstract: The subject of this research is the understanding of dialectics as a universality of the critical interpretational rationalism. The main stages of the establishment of a new dialectical method in the history of philosophy are being examined. Special attention is given to the Hegelian and the Marxist theories of dialectics. The author determines the essential cluster of the elements (core) of dialectics, which remains throughout the entire history of its development. The scientific novelty consists in the following statement: the linear dialectics of the XIX century is currently opposed to the nonlinear dialectics, the essence of which lies in the hermeneutic movement for the purpose of resolution of the contradictions between the part and the whole, private and public, secondary and primary. The object is being viewed alternately in different contexts, and the mind sort of executes a “shuttle” movement from the object to one “horizon”, from the latter to another “horizon”, and then back to the object. Unlike the linear scheme (thesis – antithesis – synthesis), the new understanding of dialectics first and foremost consists in the ability to fit an object into various, and most often opposite (contrary), conceptual contexts, which confront each other as binary oppositions.

Abstract: The subject of this research is the analysis of the value modalities within the information-communicative paradigm of science. It is underlined that genesis (ontology) of science in the area of culture is not only an example and model of the information-communicative innovative processes in all spheres of human activity, but also possesses the essential ethical characteristics. The author claims that the newest discoveries in physics, cosmology, and especially biology, not only significantly affect the information resources and worldview attitudes, but also touch upon the in-depth, existential characteristics of the scholars, as well as the entire population of the Earth. The scientific novelty consists in the following statement: the relevance of the value problematics of science is tightly connected with the solution of the question about the methodology of research of the values from the perspective of their information-communicative importance. The author determines the main value modalities of science on the three principal levels of the system of scientific activity within the conceptual contexts of sociocultural historical process. It is stated that the universal human values of solidarity, information awareness, communication skills, integrity, tolerance, and humanism are more carefully expressed through the ethical norms and ideals of scientific community.

Abstract: The subject of the research is the information program of formation of new epistemology. The author of the article examines the major ability of consciousness to generate not only the knowledge necessary in ordinary practice, but also to create epistemological structures which are necessary for all spiritual cultural and social practices. It is underlined that the information approach is growing more and more important in modern natural sciences and humanities. Especially important role is played by the term 'information' in a set of cognitive disciplines such as neurology, cognitive psychology, sociology and theories of artificial intellect forming a scientific basis of new epistemology. In his research Yakovlev has used the method of the conceptual structure reconstruction from Plato's Symposium as well as the method of critical analysis of modern epistemological concepts. The author provides the level-by-level analysis of scientific development in terms of its historical, institutional and personal aspects. The novelty of the research is determined by the following statements. First of all, the author describes the structure of a new (innovative) epistemology that is based on the information and communication approach to cognition. The author has also revealed the semantic structure of innovative epistemology as the transition of novatoin into innovation which is proves to be true by concrete episodes of formation of new programs in modern physics and cosmology. The author also touches upon isomorphism of communicative and information innovative processes of genesis and statement in science and culture and activity of scientific communities as well as research practice of individual scientists.

Abstract: The subject of the research is the information and communication structure of new epistemology - epistemology of innovation. The author of the article examines the major ability of consciousness to generate not only the knowledge necessary in ordinary practice but also to create and translate epistemological structures that are necessary for all spiritual practices exercised by culture and society. It is underlined that the information and communication approach more and more asserts itself in modern natural science and humanities. The concept of information plays an especially important role in cognitive disciplines – neurology, cognitive psychology, sociology and artificial intelligence theories altogether forming the scientific basis of new epistemology. In his research Yakovlev has used the method of the reconstruction of the conceptual structure of Plato's dialogues 'Symposium' and 'Timaeus' and the method of the critical analysis of modern epistemological concepts and approaches to explaining the grounds of mathematics . The researcher also analyzes each level and stage of the development of science in historical, institutional and personal aspects. The novelty of the research is caused by the the following. The author describes the structure of new 'innovation' epistemology that is based on the information and communication approach to cognitive activity. The described conceptual structure of epistemology of innovation as a transformation of 'novation' into 'innovation' is confirmed by particular episodes of the development of new programs in modern physics and cosmology. The author also describes isomorphism of innovative communication and information processes of the genesis and establishment of science in culture, activity of academic communities and researches of particular scientists.

Abstract: The main research subject of the present article is the new understanding of the philosophical concept 'being' as a result of different interpretations of being as 'being of information' or 'informational being' in different branches of science. The scope of research includes physical and mathemathical sciences that interpret the nature of logics, mathematics and calculations. The research subject also involves the definition of consciousness in Husserl's phenomenology due to the fact that contemporary quantum physics and astronomy study the role of the scientific mind. Noteworthy, that the focus is made on the most recent achievements in these branches of science. In his research Yakovlev carries out a comparative research of modern approaches to definitions of information in relation to Husserl's phenomenology and contemporary theories of mind. Yakovlev also offers a new approach to the problem of being based on information theories. He makes an assumption that infomation reality (being of information) is becoming synonymous to the objective reality. Information reality (or informational being) is understood as the fundamental nature of the universe and being of an individual consciousness is understood as a fractal of this reality.

Abstract: In his article Yakovlev considers the information programs of being. On the basis of philosophical traditions of interpretation of a category of being and its use in a modern science, the researcher offers a new judgment of a category of being as an information reality with the three major information levels – consciousness, life and matter. The subject of research is also the understanding of consciousness in phenomenology of E. Husserl in connection with researches of a role of consciousness of the scientist in the modern quantum physics and astronomy.

Abstract: The main philosophical concept such as space, time, motion, essence, existence, substance, subject and object, in fact, derive from the concept of 'being', represent different aspects thereof and form some kind of a metaphysical frame (cluster or pool) that is used to describe all famous universal phenomena in this way or another. This 'hard core' (according to Imre Lakatos) of all natural science and philosophical research programs conducted by the majority of philosophers, cultural researchers, theologists and scientists has been called 'metaphysics' since Andronicus of Rhodes published Aristotle's works.
The author of the article offers a new interpretation of being as information reality that unites the three important elements of the universe - conciousness, life and materia.
The research is based on historical and philosophical traditions of interpreting the category of 'being' and definition of being in modern natural science.
In modern natural science and socio-cultural research the category 'being' means information being or existence of information represented as the unity of the three spheres of reality - conciousness (reason), life and materia.

Abstract: This article analyzes the basic directions in modern philosophy of science in relation to their treatment of the genesis of theoretical knowledge. It presents the notion that during the Middle Ages, cogitative complexes, incidental to the epoch and connected to classical metaphysics and Christian values, were subtly formed. These new ideas, both epistemic and axiological, came to the fore, and during the Renaissance they formed the fundamental and determinative responses to the genesis of classical science. Using the proposed systems-probability approach, science as a whole is considered to be a specific result of innovative cultural processes, the consequence of a resolution to a difficult situation in the history of creative ideas, and the result of a creative process which was part of the transition from the localised innovations of the Ancient Greek civilization to the universal innovations of European culture.
