Krylov Oleg Mikhailovich Concerning the Question on the Legal Category ‘Money’

Abstract: The article studies the legal definition of the term ‘money’. It is concluded that ‘money’ in the Russian Federation is the currency in cash of the Russian Federation. The author explains the difference between money and money substitutes in accordance with the functions they perform.
