Abstract: This article deals with the question of contractual land lease relations in Russia from the point of view of the two Concepts. These Concepts were approved during the meeting of the President’s Council of the RF and are aimed at improvement of the RF legislation. The mentioned above Concepts also concern the aspect of property lease and are quite useful since they suggest significant changes in the RF legislation.
