Abstract: The article is devoted to the topical issue of adaptation of working migrants in Russia and its capital. Training migrants is viewed as one of the possible ways to solve the problem. The author concludes that there is a certain need in state regulation of migration processes and warns that we should not view migration policy as only limitation of migration
