Konyshev, K.E. On the issue of contents of the right to judicial protection.Abstract: The author studies the contents of the constitutional right of an individual and citizen for the judicial protection. The author attempts to prove, that the right for the judicial protection contains several elements, such as the right to address a claim in court (address for protection), the right to have the case resolved by the court with a Þ nal decision, the right to challenge the decisions which did not come into force into a higher court (the right for appeal) and the right for the implementation of the judicial decision.
