Abstract: The formation of special methods is required by the complicated character of calculation of damage in this sphere. When the claim is filed it is not always possible to establish the character and amount of consequences, which are caused by ecological offence. The article includes the provisions for the general methods for calculation of damage in various spheres of nature management, which would allow to form general approach to calculation of damage.
