Abstract: Political sphere has always influenced the social sphere. The modern political science needs to address the subjectivity, the active element in social and political actions, which is quite topical, since ethnical and religious tensions and conflicts influence the political and social situation throughout the country, while it is unlikely that the situation shall peacefully return to the starting point.
