Borisov, I.B. Problems of international legitimization of elections.

Abstract: Today one is forced to state that there are no such things as clear and precise international obligations of the state in the sphere of elections. What we have is a number of declarative statements, which are transformed variously in the national legislation. The article by I.B. Borisov is devoted to the topical problems related to this issue.
