Abstract:
Currently, the modern consumer is faced with an increasing number of different technologies related to the purchase of goods and services, including on the Internet. Many goods are available to the consumer literally in one click, which has two effects on consumer practices, on the one hand, it allows to quickly meet existing requests and needs, on the other hand, it leads to impulsive purchases, the purchase of those goods and services that are essentially completely unnecessary. Consequently, the development of online commerce has led to transformations and certain changes in the consumer practices of the modern citizen. The thing is that in the rural phenomenological world, online shopping takes a slightly smaller place, while in urban phenomenological practices, the population has much more time to make such purchases. Focus groups and questionnaires were used as the main methods of collecting empirical information. The general population of this study includes all residents of the city of Barnaul. The sample set of this study based on the principle of quota sampling with elements of spontaneous selection within each quota. The main quotas for the selection of respondents were gender and age. The issue of the role of online stores in consumer behavior of the population has been studied in sufficient detail. The key methodological parameters related to these social phenomena are identified, key methodological relationships and constructs that directly affect consumer practices are identified. Nevertheless, there are no comprehensive local studies of the role of online stores in consumer behavior from the point of view of modern citizens, which explains the novelty of this work.

Abstract:
Youth migration is an important phenomenon in modern Vietnam, acting as a major driving force for economic growth and social change. The migration of young people from rural to urban areas not only reflects the trend of economic development but also shows profound changes in social structure, family models and community relations. This paper aims to assess the social impact of young people migrating from rural to urban areas on rural communities in modern Vietnam, based on the case of Vinh Trach Dong commune, Bac Lieu province. The main methods used in this research include a questionnaire survey (N=811) of households with young people migrating from rural to urban areas and in-depth interviews (N=20) of people in these communities to clarify the analysis from observation or available data collection. In addition, the study also provides useful information to help explain the social impacts of rural-urban youth migration on rural communities in modern Vietnam. The combination of quantitative and qualitative methods in the study not only helps to measure the scale of impact but also clarifies changes in gender roles, impacts on marital relationships, impacts on child education, impacts on the elderly and changes in community relations. In addition to analyzing the social consequences of youth migration, the article also proposes reasonable management solutions to minimize negative impacts and support sustainable social development in rural areas. These solutions focus on facilitating local economic development, strengthening community cohesion, improving infrastructure, and developing policies to support families with migrants. From there, the study is expected to contribute a more comprehensive approach to managing labor migration and ensuring the sustainable development of rural communities in the context of strong urbanization in Vietnam.

Abstract:
Modern artificial intelligence (AI) platforms have a significant impact on education, they are becoming a full-fledged professional activity tool capable of optimizing learning processes and educational administration. The introduction of AI in the field of education is aimed at improving efficiency, personalizing approaches and automating routine tasks. The subject of this study is the use of AI platforms in education, their impact on the quality of services provided and the effectiveness of educational processes in the context of platform integration. In the educational field, AI platforms are being considered, including adaptive learning platforms Knewton, DreamBox Learning, Civitas Learning, IBM Watson Education, proctoring platforms ProctorU, ExamSoft, Turnitin writing quality control platforms, Grammarly, Edsight and Automated Essay Scoring creative work assessment platforms. As part of the research, data from an online survey of Russian experts representing universities from 8 federal districts and having experience working with these AI platforms is being processed. A comparative analysis method is used that identifies common and distinctive features of AI platforms based on special criteria, the integral assessment of which underlies the ranking of platforms. The scientific novelty of this study lies in a comprehensive analysis of the use of AI platforms in such a socially significant field as education. Unlike the systemic approaches of S.M. Kashchuk or B. Omodan, the study covers special issues of automated decision-making and evaluation of its effectiveness in real conditions. An important contribution of this study is the analysis of the mechanisms of AI adaptation to the individual needs of users, which is a key factor in the successful platform integration of these technologies. An expert survey based on the analysis of such special criteria as adaptability, interactivity, functionality, efficiency, accessibility, integration and innovation on a scale of "low -moderate – medium – high" allows for an integrated multi-criteria assessment of platforms based on the totality of all criteria, to build a platform rating, to identify the most promising AI platforms (in terms of interactivity and innovation – DreamBox Learning, in terms of adaptability and functionality – Knewton), as well as identify ways to overcome their limitations.

Abstract:
The article examines in detail the problem of labor instability in Russia and its impact on the social and economic situation of workers. Job insecurity includes aspects such as temporary contracts, low job security, underemployment, and lack of social guarantees. Various forms of unstable employment relationships are also being explored, such as short-term contracts, part-time employment, seasonal work, and work with free schedules. The scale of the problem in different sectors of the economy and its consequences are assessed, including a deterioration in the quality of life of workers, a decrease in income levels, limited access to medical services and pension provision. Important attention is paid to the social consequences of job insecurity, such as rising inequality, poverty, and social tension. The work uses methods of statistical analysis and sociological research, which are aimed at identifying and evaluating factors that affect the level of job insecurity. These methods include processing quantitative data such as the unemployment rate, staff turnover, as well as qualitative research based on surveys and interviews with employees. In recent years, there has been a significant trend in employment instability, which is caused by various factors such as economic crises, the pandemic, industrial automation and globalization. These processes lead to an increase in the number of temporary, partial, and low-paying jobs, as well as an increase in the number of workers facing job loss risks. Due to the instability of labor relations, many employees cannot count on long-term employment, stable income or social guarantees, which creates additional tension in society. Based on the analysis of the current situation, it is important to develop effective government measures aimed at reducing the level of instability in the labor market. An important step is also to strengthen the social protection of workers, especially in crisis situations, through the expansion of insurance programs, professional development and retraining, as well as improving conditions for workers in areas with high instability. Such an integrated approach will create a more stable and secure work environment, which will contribute to social and economic well-being.

Abstract:
In the regions of the Russian Federation, since 2015, an independent assessment of the quality of conditions for the provision of social services (hereinafter – IQA) has been carried out, which acts as a form of control on the part of a disinterested person and makes it possible to form a general picture of the work of an institution and its position in the rating of institutions of the same type. The results of IQA can be further used by potential recipients of services when choosing a service provider, as well as by the institution itself to improve (maintain) the quality of service provision. Subject of the study: assessment of the quality of service delivery conditions in psychoneurological boarding schools in the Altai Territory. Purpose of the study: to conduct an assessment of the quality of service delivery conditions in psychoneurological boarding schools in the Altai Territory in 2024 and a comparative analysis of the results obtained with the results of the IQA 2018 and 2021. The following methods were used in the course of the study: analysis of scientific literature, regulatory and legal acts, expert assessment of the conditions of service provision in psychoneurological boarding schools; expert assessment of information stands, official websites of psychoneurological boarding schools on the Internet; survey of service recipients (in the form of interviews), testing the functioning of remote ways of interaction with recipients (conducted in the format of ‘control purchase’). The article considers the concept of ‘quality’ in relation to the sphere of social services, describes the stages of IQA implementation and analyses the results of IQA in psychoneurological boarding schools of the Altai Territory in 2018, 2021, 2024. The empirical basis of the study was formed by the data obtained in the framework of qualitative and quantitative research conducted in March – November 2024, in May – November 2021, 2018. The comparative analysis of the IQA results made it possible to form a rating of psychoneurological boarding schools in the Altai Territory, to identify trends in the achievement of IQA scores by institutions, and to formulate general directions for improving the quality of social services, including from the point of view of service recipients.
