Abstract:
The formation of a youth policy at the university is an important criterion for the development of a student's personality. Modern higher education requires not only a simple transfer of knowledge, but also the formation of values, skills and competencies among students. Educational activities and youth policy of the university play a special role in this process. One of the key aspects of this process is the creation and development of an appropriate ecosystem - a set of interacting elements that provides optimal conditions for the development of students as individuals, citizens and professionals. The basis for the successful functioning of the university ecosystem of youth policy and educational activities can be an event-based approach, which involves the creation of a continuous stream of activities that can involve students in various activities, contributing to their personal growth and development. The use of educational events to develop students' skills is widely used today in educational institutions of various levels around the world. At the same time, the process of developing social engagement of modern students is inextricably linked with the process of improving the professionalism of teachers, namely, the development by the teacher of new ways and forms of interaction with students in the organization of educational and extracurricular activities. The rapidly changing demands of modern society on the professional competencies and qualities of a teacher pose the task of higher education institutions to create effective training and education programs for specialists. In this context, the event approach is an innovative methodological concept based on experience, reflection and socio-cultural analysis. The event-based approach contributes to the development of professionalism of future teachers and the formation of their readiness for difficult situations that they may encounter in their professional activities.

Abstract:
The subject of the study is the value of a safe lifestyle of adolescents with deviant behavior. The author reveals the essence of the value of a safe lifestyle through related values, safety, lifestyle, and safe behavior. By the value of a safe lifestyle of adolescents, the author understands a subjective attitude to safe behavior, reflecting socio-cultural values, as well as norms and rules concerning a safe existence that must be observed in various life situations. The author defines the components of the value of a safe lifestyle: cognitive, motivational, and regulatory. Social disadvantage leads to the deformation of the image of teenagers, the emergence of deviations, with which they try to change the world around them. The implementation of deviant behavior is becoming more and more spontaneous, without a stable motive and planning. The methods of researching the value of a safe lifestyle were testing, questionnaires, a survey method and a method for diagnosing situations, methods of statistical data processing (2 – Pearson criterion). The novelty of the study is the concretization of the concept of the value of a safe lifestyle, the structure of the value of a safe lifestyle of adolescents is empirically confirmed, the features of the value of a safe lifestyle of adolescents with deviant behavior are revealed. Based on empirical data, the peculiarities of the formation of the value of a safe lifestyle for adolescents with deviant behavior have been established: adolescents with deviant behavior have insufficiently formed knowledge about safe life, the value of safety is more represented at the level of beliefs, the orientation of motivation to study safe behavior is represented by external positive and negative motives, they do not comply with safety norms and rules in their life. They do not lead an active lifestyle, have bad habits, volitional self-regulation of which is characterized by impulsivity and instability of intentions, low self-control of behavior in various life situations.

On the issue of worldview and values in the context of teaching the course "Fundamentals of Russian Statehood"

Abstract:
The purpose of the study is to consider the ideological principles and value orientations of Russian civilization in the framework of the course "Fundamentals of Russian Statehood" (ORG). The novelty lies in the fact that the third section ("Russian worldview and values of Russian civilization") is considered as the ideological core of the new discipline. In addition, the special role of teachers in the protection of common cultural identity is emphasized. The tasks are to reveal in ORG classes the originality of the Russian worldview, which harmoniously combines a practical orientation with a spiritual and moral basis; to form the idea that the learning process cannot take place completely without discussions of philosophical and socio-historical topics, since teachers influence the course of the history of the people and are responsible for the fate of his Fatherland. According to the author, it is important to give a philosophical understanding of values in lectures so that students perceive them not as an installation, but as a manifestation of our historically developed holistic worldview. The article compares the Russian and Western worldview models. It is shown that the accusation of our Fatherland of aggression was used as information propaganda: the plans of world domination are alien to the Russian idea. It is noted that the question of Russia's survival lies in putting forward its own Russian-centric ideology, which should be determined by the "soil". The methods used in the course of the research are historical, comparative, hermeneutical, and analytical. The author of the article concludes that the Russian worldview is creative, it is original and includes religious, scientific, philosophical and artistic components in its unity. Spiritual and moral constants are manifested in the integrity of thinking and semantic imagery of the Russian language, which has played an important role in the formation of Russia as a state-civilization, being a tool for expressing the identity of different peoples, contributing to the preservation and development of the cultural diversity of the country. Russian philosophy's key center is the idea of the "contemplative heart". Our national worldview is tinged with life-affirming pathos, permeated with faith in the salvation of the world, and has a Messianic basis. The author is convinced that pedagogical activity should restore and strengthen the socio-cultural and spiritual foundations of Russian civilization, the strength and viability of which has been proven historically: only on this foundation can the sovereignty of the country be ensured.

Abstract:
The article presents an analysis of the demand for additional education courses in the Russian language among students and teachers of universities in the Republic of India. The study is based on the experience of working at the Center for Open Education in Russian and Russian Language Teaching of the Ministry of Education of the Russian Federation, opened by the Nizhny Novgorod State Pedagogical University named after K. Minin on the basis of the Chaudhary Charan Singh University in Meerut. Surveys of students and teachers of universities in India showed a high interest in learning the Russian language, the respondents' expectations can be divided into two blocks: acquaintance with the Russian language and culture in a group of students who are just beginning to learn Russian, and the desire to improve their speaking and writing skills in Russian, and improve their teaching methods in a group of master's students, postgraduates, and teachers. The demand for courses in the study of the Russian language and Russian culture, their high rating by students indicates the effectiveness of using this teaching format. In connection with the introduction of the New Education Policy (2020), the status of the Russian language is changing in the Republic of India. The Russian language, along with other foreign languages, is included in the training program for schoolchildren. Consequently, the need for Russian language teachers at various levels of education is growing – both in universities and in schools. Short-term courses of additional education addressed to different categories of students, and advanced training courses for Russian language teachers are capable of filling the educational gaps that arise with the increasing interest in the Russian language and culture among Indian citizens.

Abstract:
The aim of the research is to study latent and Internet-mediated forms of deviant behavior of young people in the digital environment. The subject of the study is the peculiarities of the manifestation of hidden forms of deviation in the digital environment. The methodological basis of the study is the sociocultural approach, which considers the priority of generally accepted norms and patterns of behavior in a particular social group. An online survey questionnaire was used as the main research method. The questionnaire included 23 questions aimed at studying the personal perception and understanding by young people of manifestations of deviant behavior in the digital environment and the model of responding to such manifestations. The content-semantic and behavioral aspects of the respondents' attitude to the object under study predetermined the structure of the questionnaire and the content of its questions, namely: the degree of involvement of students in digital communications, the presence and characteristics of the target audience's experience. 350 students from 19 universities in the country, located in 12 regions, took part in the survey. Among the respondents, 88 men (25.1%) and 262 women (74.9%). The average age of the survey participants was 20,136 years. Secondary processing of the data obtained during the study was carried out using correlation analysis (the r-Spearman correlation criterion). The scientific significance of the results obtained lies in rethinking existing ideas about norms and deviations from them in the context of digitalization, which allows for a deeper understanding of the mechanisms of formation of latent and Internet-mediated forms of deviant behavior in the digital space and its connection with changes in the social environment.

Abstract:
The subject of the study is the concepts of time and space as a subsystem of a holistic picture of the world of preschoolers. The object of the study is the level of development of ideas about time and space as a subsystem of a holistic picture of the world of preschoolers. The purpose of the research is to develop ideas about time and space as a subsystem of a holistic picture of the world using fairy tales. This article is devoted to the study of the influence of purposeful activities based on fairy tales on the development of ideas about time and space as a subsystem of a holistic picture of the world. The first part of the article analyzes the psychological, pedagogical, philosophical and medical literature devoted to the problem of research. In the process of theoretical analysis, it was revealed that the picture of the world is considered as an integral pedagogical category, which reflects the degree of understanding of the world and the events taking place in it at the level of systematization and generalization of knowledge previously acquired by a person. The concepts of time and space are a subsystem of a holistic picture of the world. These ideas are among the first to develop in a child. For children of early and preschool age these ideas are unconscious. In order for them to become conscious, it is necessary to carry out their purposeful development. Based on the theoretical analysis, we have identified the methodological basis of our research and compiled its design. A complex of formative classes based on fairy tales was conducted with children of senior preschool age during one school year. The result of the conducted formative classes was the revealed effectiveness of formative classes in the experimental group. Children have become better able to navigate in time intervals and determine spatial directions. Ideas about the world have expanded. The ability to set and solve search tasks has appeared. This is justified by the fact that children from the experimental group increased the level of development of ideas about time and space as a subsystem of a holistic picture of the world by 30% and 25%, while in the control group these indicators increased by 5% and 4%, which is a minor change.

Abstract:
Based on the material of classical and modern works on the methodology of teaching literature and learning Russian as a foreign language, the specifics of teaching the biography of a writer in secondary and higher schools are analyzed. At the beginning of the article, the main methods and approaches to the definition of biographical material are described, the problems arising during its study are identified. The key difference between courses representing the literary process concentrically and the study of literature designed for a semester (or two-semester) study is shown. In the latter case, each topic is mastered once, which makes it impossible to draw parallels and update previously studied contexts. Many students who come to Russia for an internship are at the mercy of persistent stereotypes associated with both the New and Modern era. The teacher's goal is to develop critical thinking skills during one semester or academic year. The practical part of the study describes the experience of studying the biography of the writer by foreign students from European and Chinese universities, with special emphasis on the study of the literary heritage of the XX century. The options for using digital methods in classes on the biography of the writer are presented, the forms of work are described: literary portraits, comparative descriptions, source analysis, discourse and content analysis. The novelty of the work lies in the analysis of methodological problems and approaches to their solution, as well as the selection of ways to update biographical material. Based on methodological experience and survey data, the author of the article proceeds from the possibility of studying Russian culture and literature through the prism of biographies. Studying the biography of a writer involves a constant expansion of the context, it is necessary to talk about contemporaries of writers and poets, describe the literary environment and literary life in order to create the impression of a continuous process. The task of the methodologist is to show the variety of assessments and the specifics of lifetime and posthumous assessments that affect the design of a biographical myth. As a result of mastering topics related to the writer's biography, foreign readers become involved in the lives of outstanding personalities who are united not by geography or political views, but by language as the main tool of culture.

The results of the study reveal the importance of school leadership for the formation of values, skills and qualities necessary for successful social adaptation and professional development of students. The article provides an opportunity to consider the aspect of school leadership in various historical periods of the country's development. The work uses theoretical research methods, such as the analysis of the literature under study, the synthesis of the data obtained, as well as the method of summarizing information. Scientific novelty: Identification of patterns of development of leadership qualities in schoolchildren in the educational process in the second half of the twentieth century in Russia. Leadership is a truly complex social phenomenon. The development of this area is relevant in this period of time. Society and its dynamics present new challenges and form new requirements for a true leader. The ability to manage a group, interact with each of its members, take responsibility, lead the team to its goal, at the moment, can be called an art. Leadership issues are key to achieving effective work organization. On the one hand, leadership is considered as the presence of a certain set of qualities attributed to those who successfully influence or influence others, on the other hand, leadership is a process of predominantly non–forceful influence in the direction of achieving a group's goals. Leadership is a specific type of managerial interaction based on the most effective combination of various sources of power and aimed at encouraging people to achieve common goals.

Abstract:
Nowadays, learning foreign languages is an important aspect of modern human life. The article discusses methods of effective teaching of a foreign language in non-linguistic educational institutions. Author studies methods of learning foreign languages in non-linguistic educational institutions. When researching the topic, many questions arose: is there a relationship between mastering a foreign language and the teacher's attitude to the discipline being taught? What factors influence the learning of foreign languages ? Is it possible to form an interest in a subject through curiosity in the learning process ? How to increase the motivation of students in learning a foreign language in non-linguistic institutions ? The main task was to find ways to solve the development of educational material in the absence of interest in the subject. To implement it, theoretical aspects, statistics of foreign language learning among 1st and 2nd year students of a non-linguistic educational institution based on a questionnaire, practical methods of mastering foreign language material were used. The results were expected: students are partially involved in the language environment due to ignorance of grammatical basics and their application in practice, misunderstanding of foreign language speech when using audio-linguistic means of communication and, as a result, the inability to build monological and dialogical speech. Based on the survey data, it can be concluded that the majority of students are focused on the fact that learning a foreign language is necessary in the future. Naturally, a conscious interest and incentive would be comfortable conditions for productive language learning, but for students of non-core specialties this is more a utopia than fertile ground. In this regard, there are questions about learning and teaching foreign languages. The main condition in learning a foreign language is motivation.

The process of forming the linguistic and cultural competence of the translator

Abstract:
The subject of the research is the basics of the general theory of translation, the theoretical foundations of written and oral translation and the methodology of teaching a translator through the prism of the formation of his linguistic and cultural competence. Thus, the linguistic and cultural competences of the translator are fundamentally necessary to ensure interlanguage and intercultural correspondence, embodied through the text, and allowing to compare the national cultural characteristics of the communicants. Linguistic and regional expertise presuppose, on the one hand, that the translator has regional background knowledge, on the basis of which a specifically reproduced lexical unit is associated with the same information that a native speaker presents. On the other hand, linguistic and cultural competencies cannot be studied in isolation from the personal qualities of the translator, which allow for more complete intercultural cooperation between multilingual communicants. The main methods used in the research process were the dialectical method, which made it possible to identify the features of the formation of the linguistic and cultural competence of the translator; a systematic approach based on which linguistic and cultural competencies were considered through the prism of linguistic, technical, and communicative elements. The main conclusions of the study are that, on the one hand, this type of translator's competence includes his professional qualities, translation practice in a real environment, and a policy of continuous training in interpretation and translation. On the other hand, personal and communicative qualities and openness to new knowledge, attached to the knowledge of the native language, are fundamental. According to the results of the study, it is proposed to talk about the following elements that reproduce the linguistic and cultural competencies of the translator – these are linguistic, technical, communicative competencies, as well as the translator's perception of his place in the translation being performed. In the first case, it means a set of idioms, phraseological units, connotative and background vocabulary. In the second – an accumulated information reserve of at least the third degree, allowing to ensure the completeness of linguistic and background knowledge in the source and translating languages. Thirdly, the ability to edit the translation depending on the communicants' pre-information reserves. Finally, the translator's understanding of his place in the translation chain is associated with the adapted translation not only of linguistic units from native speakers, but also of the cultural and national connotation implied by them.

Abstract:
The author proposes conceptual motivational strategies and methods that can be used by teachers to support and develop student motivation in the process of teaching foreign languages in the conditions of a modern post-industrial society interested in professionals, both in production resources and in methods of creative activity. Since students' motivation to learn is the engine of the educational process, teachers can provide personal information to all participants in the educational process and implement the maximum number of educational materials to increase the effectiveness of educational activities. The subject of this study is motivational strategies and methods that can be used by teachers to support and develop student motivation in the process of learning a foreign language. A combination of the following methods was used: motivational conversation-interview; focus group method; survey of an expanded student population; analysis and processing of survey results and compilation of tables of statistical data; a method of observing students' behavior and actions during learning. A total of 1104 students from 45 groups were surveyed. The objectives of this study included the following: 1. Identifying and analyzing factors that positively or negatively influence the internal and external motivation of students to learn foreign languages. 2. Developing and evaluating the effectiveness of methodological approaches, programs and tools that help stimulate students’ motivation to learn foreign languages. 3. Considering family and teacher as a source of motivation for students. The scientific novelty of the study lies in the comprehensive consideration of various aspects of the motivational component of training translators and foreign language teachers. Both motivating and demotivating factors influencing the internal and external motivation of students to learn foreign languages have been identified and analyzed. Practical recommendations and tools have been developed to encourage university students to study effectively.

Abstract:
The purpose of this study is to test the hypothesis that it is possible to ensure the development of physical qualities of students of educational institutions of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs at the level required in the professional activities of an employee of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in a short time, in conditions of limited space and material and technical support, based on the use of functional all-around methods. With the correct construction of the training process based on such methods, the corresponding indicators increase quite significantly compared to the traditional approach to the physical training of students. The subject of the study is the functional all-around methods based on kettlebell lifting training tools, adopted for implementation in the educational process with cadets and students of educational institutions of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs (using the example of the Ryazan branch of the Moscow University of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia named after V. Ya. Kikot). The author draws attention to the fact that the development of physical qualities of students in educational institutions of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs system is characterized by qualitative specificity, caused by the need for comprehensive physical development, both in terms of strength, endurance, speed and agility, and in relation to mastering the skills of tactical and technical training. At the same time, the normatively established requirements for the level of physical development and the procedure for checking the degree of formation of the corresponding physical qualities are often interpreted as a means of limiting the methods used to solve the corresponding problems. It is substantiated that such an approach is neither strictly mandatory nor meets the needs of physical development of police officers at the present stage.

// Pedagogy and education.

Abstract:
The subject of the research is the methods of Islamic pedagogy, promising in terms of solving urgent problems of preventing radicalism in a religious environment. Islamic pedagogy is based on the moral values of religion and over the millennia has proven its effectiveness in shaping a humanistic worldview of an individual, excluding adherence to violent methods for carrying out social and other transformations. In this regard, the methods of education and upbringing used to internalize the values of religious morality, which are designed to become the basis of the worldview of a young Muslim, come to the fore. We are talking about active teaching methods based on the interaction of a teacher and students, which are traditional for the Islamic pedagogical system. They have been used for centuries to develop the spiritual and moral sphere of the personality of students of religious educational organizations, to form value orientations and models of social thinking and behavior based on humanism, striving for the public good for all members of society, regardless of their national and religious affiliation. The main research method is a case study of teaching methods adopted in Islamic pedagogy, from the point of view of the prospects for their application in the prevention of radicalism in a religious environment. The main conclusions of the study are, firstly, the need for systematic application in Muslim religious organizations (mosques) of active teaching methods that are promising in terms of influencing the spiritual and moral sphere of youth personality and the prevention of radicalism. This is determined by the fact that modern religious organizations are called upon to solve a number of social functions and work with a youth audience in order to promote the harmonious development and socialization of the individual based on traditional values. Secondly, it is necessary to create specialized professional development and retraining programs for Muslim religious figures and teachers in order to develop their methodological competencies that allow them to productively solve urgent socio-educational, cultural, educational and educational tasks. Thirdly, it is necessary to create interactive platforms for interaction and exchange of experience of religious figures working with young people aimed at comprehensively developing the spiritual and moral sphere of personality and preventing radicalism.

Abstract:
The purpose of the study is to identify possible problems and causes of insufficient motivation of students of Moscow International University in the field of Linguistics to study foreign languages, as well as to develop ways to eliminate these problems to improve the effectiveness of the training system for translators and teachers of foreign languages in Russia. The following methods were used: individual and group interviews, the method of focus groups using brainstorming, writing creative reasoning-essays, questionnaires, analysis of statistical data and a review of scientific literature. The novelty of the study lies in the fact that it allowed to develop recommendations on the implementation of systemic changes in the organizational work of universities to increase students' motivation to study. The results of the study can be used to develop strategic plans for the development of education in conditions of international isolation. Based on the results of the study, the following recommendations were developed: 1. The use of blended learning opportunities provides flexibility, interactivity, individualization, diversity and instant feedback. A balance should be maintained between independent work and online consultations, setting aside enough time for students to interact personally with classmates and teachers. 2. It is recommended to set marks based on the results of current academic performance. This provides students with clear goals, feedback, supports active participation in the learning process and significantly reduces stress levels. 3. It is important to use a 10-point mark system characterized by simplicity and clarity, a wider range of grades, the possibility of differentiating academic performance levels and a more accurate measurement of the level of knowledge. 4. The transition to a consistent modular study of disciplines gives you the opportunity to choose and control over learning. 5. Investing in point-to-point construction of dormitories at universities will eliminate most of the factors that demotivate students: fatigue during long journeys, morning inefficiency, problems with punctuality, loss of time and limitation of extracurricular interaction.

Abstract:
This research is devoted to the study of main characteristics of educational environment and the level of its influence on learning motivation of secondary education students. The purpose of the study is to determine how to create a favourable educational environment that meets the needs and interests of students and supports positive motivation. In this research we consider educational environment as a set of conditions in which the educational process takes place, including: goals, objectives, methods and forms of education; pedagogical style; school atmosphere; the equipment of schools. Educational environment is a significant factor that determines the success of learning, contributes to the development of students’ interest in learning, their independence and critical thinking, and increases internal motivation. Within the framework of this study, we rely on a personalized and value-based approach to the organization of learning process, and use such methods as: system analysis, generalization, comparison, theoretical analysis of scientific literature. We conducted an anonymous survey of 178 students from grades 8–11 of 5 Volzhsky schools to analyze the possibilities of practical implementation of theoretical results. The analysis of modern scientific publications on pedagogy and pedagogical psychology, as well as the results of the survey, allowed us to draw the following conclusions. It is possible to increase students’ motivation by: making clear definitions of goals and objectives of education that are achievable by students; using teaching methods that promote activation of students’ cognitive activity and increase their interest in learning; using of a pedagogical style focused on creating a favourable atmosphere in the classroom and on supporting students. Schools, that are provided with modern digital equipment, comfortable classrooms, and that are practising a democratic management style, usually have a significantly higher level of student motivation. Students in such schools participate in educational and entertainment events actively.
