"Genesis: Historical Research" is a peer-reviewed journal dedicated to advancing scholarship in the field of history. The journal provides an open forum for original research articles, critical essays, and methodological studies that contribute to a deeper understanding of the past and its relevance to contemporary issues.
The journal welcomes submissions that explore diverse chronological periods, geographical areas, and thematic fields of history. Topics may include—but are not limited to—political, social, cultural, economic, intellectual, military, and environmental history, as well as historiography, heritage studies, and public history.
We particularly encourage research that employs new methodologies, comparative approaches, and cross-disciplinary insights that bridge history with the humanities and social sciences. Articles that engage with theoretical debates, utilize novel sources, or reinterpret established narratives are also highly valued.
Each submission undergoes a double-blind peer-review process to ensure the highest academic standards of quality, originality, and integrity. The journal is published every month and accepts manuscripts from scholars, researchers, and practitioners worldwide.
